He's probably not gonna be banned

As he's says in his chat he's not even afraid of riot, i mean only only wished cancer to me and my family, not a big deal to be reportable, i didnt report him in game even though he was toxic there too but then he added me cuz i ignored him so he could tell me all this private and probably get away just like the 0/24 rakan who inted and i still, after a month didnt get a message about his restriction or bann.
