How long does it take to go from Honor Level 1 to Honor Level 2

I recently got a 10 game chat restriction, I lost my cool in a game and said some very toxic things. I was honor level 5, but now I am dropped to Honor level 1, and am currently locked out of receiving any honor rewards. I was wondering how long would it take to go from honor level 1 to 2? I know the season ends in early November usually, and my concern is that I wont get my end of season rewards. Would I be able to get them back before then, if I am playing consistently and getting consistent honors?

I'd prepare myself for not getting end of season rewards.

It is wholly dependent on whether you continue to behave poorly in games or not. If you never behave poorly again, you can rise back to level 2 in a matter of a week or two. If you continue to behave poorly, even if you don’t get another punishment, you may never rise.

With the amount of money ive burned on riot skins, im seriously not pleased at the honor requirement for season rewards. This is normal global ranked, not world series where people are looked up to as 'role models' somewhat. People already work their asses off for the most part to get out of elo hell (as the majority percentage is in elo hell) and it is absolutely normal that a high adrenaline& testosterone game will cause some off behavior. Half the time ive been chat banned it was for defending myself and throwing statements right back at the person who made them. Riots logic behind cyber bullies and toxicity is to 'hide' the problem with the mute button rather than standing up for yourself. Absolute bullocks

This is my first year playing, and I just got a capsule from the highest honor. Was extremely lame no better then a level up. It gave me a bunch of keys almost to say "hay, buy our hextech chests" like I haven't gotten so many I unlocked a hextech skin I don't even care about. Unless there is something significant coming along soon I really don't see why people care as of yet. Just looks to me like a pointless gimmick thus far.
