How Can I make sure someones banned?

I played a draft game with a friend of mine and we were botlane, him the support and me the ADC. the game wasn't going well, with top, mid and jungle feeding. master yi (the jungler) came botlane for a gank but I got chunked and their jgler (rengar i think) counter-ganked. I was playing Caitlyn and I couldn't do much. After master yi had died in a close 1v3 he typed in chat "Cait u like watching" followed by "dumb r%%%%%."

after this the rest of the game was pretty bad. top, jg and mid had all died quite a few times. near the end of the game after i had ks'ed a kill from our toplaner (morde) he just went off on me and threatened to rape me. He said quite a few fucked up things (and i quote) "caitlyn get raped, you are so ass" afterward said this while the enemy seiged base "I'm going to dox u and rape u irl. split you in two. I hope you'll enjoy it. I'll fucking dquish (squish i think he meant) your prostate little boy" he may have said stuff after that but i muted him. the game went on for a bit longer then ended.

luckily i was recording this so i have evidence of the toxic shit they were saying. How would i go about making sure this player gets banned? I reported him but i dont really trust riots report system lol. I pointed out his score and told him the reason why i took his kill was that he was useless. he was 3/6 97 cs at 30 min.

Don't report in game, use support tickets. Only way to ban someone.

the report system works just fine, there's no need to clog up support with a ticket that they will NOT tell you the results of anyway

report endgame and move on, end of story

That's false, I've had a jungler call me re/tard 4 times and he still wasn't banned. You can test it yourself if you want. Go into a game with a friend, call him a retar.d, have him report you, see if it works.

Problem is "r%%%%%" is only a slur in the US. Most english speaking communities, french speaking, and even medical fields have a legitimate common use of it. It is hard to punish someone for a word that is only a slur in a very specific context; and even then only in one specific area.

I've yet to see a single person outside of the USA use it as a slur for gays. Riot doesn't ban either one in game.

there is no 100% guarantee

yes you can put in a ticket, but the result my not be a ban (going straight into ban territory requires some pretty bad stuff)

unless that person is a repeat offender and has already had a recent 14day suspension, the chances of them getting a perm ban are unlikely (as mentioned above. you can skip punishment tiers; but doing so means that serious rules were broken)

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure threatening physical harm to someone is taken very seriously and is given a 14 day ban.

You dont. Bans are not up to you.

Report them in post game, submit a riot support ticket, or, if you feel your safety is in reasonable danger/a crime was committed, report it to your local authorities.

Other than that; justice is not something that is yours to dole out. It is not healthy to obsess over if someone else has been punished or not.
