More AFK's

Recently the past games i have had up to 3 out of 5 Team members go AFK. They make the game unfair and are always hypocritical in what they say, All the afk's have been blaming there own team for there mistakes, We need to up the punishments in Afk's when they are also toxic. I Still see many people, AFK, be Toxic, and bad for the community not be punished simply because they all report one person, who is innocent while not being punished, Riot needs to Hand look at Certain punishments, many of which are not detected by the Punishment system and are player created. Punishments should not always be based on how many people report a certain person, i know and have seen plenty of cases where everyone is toxic towards one person, They all report that person, None of them get punished, but the innocent one does.
