Guardian Angel Plus Kindred Ultimate Bug

Recently i was playing a game as Kog Maw, we were in a heavy battle, and my Build consistent of a Guardian Angel, So as soon as i died my GA popped, but in the middle of the Animation, Kindred ult'd and i was in it, as soon as i Revived i spawned with One hp in the Ultimate and almost died, Kindred's ultimate may have caused this. I just wanted to put this Information out there!
