Unsportsmanlike behaviour when not in a game. Is there a way to report it?

I was in a ranked game recently where the midlaner(Annie) on the team decided to ban the jungler's preference pick cause they thought that Nidalee wasn't a good jungler. Now this caused the jungler to threaten to feed mid lane. The behavior of Nidalee or Annie wasn't acceptable. i understand Nidalee's frustration that there own "team mate" would do something like that and if it wasn't for someone bouncing then i would have taken the LP loss to report the Annie. **Is there any way to report behavior like this without having to give up hard earned LP?? ** If not at the moment Riot would you please look into the possibility of adding a facility to report unsportsmanlike behavior in the event that someone bounces or there simply isn't a chane to report someone at the end of the game. Thank you.
