Unsportsmanlike behaviour when not in a game. Is there a way to report it?

I was in a ranked game recently where the midlaner(Annie) on the team decided to ban the jungler's preference pick cause they thought that Nidalee wasn't a good jungler. Now this caused the jungler to threaten to feed mid lane. The behavior of Nidalee or Annie wasn't acceptable. i understand Nidalee's frustration that there own "team mate" would do something like that and if it wasn't for someone bouncing then i would have taken the LP loss to report the Annie. **Is there any way to report behavior like this without having to give up hard earned LP?? ** If not at the moment Riot would you please look into the possibility of adding a facility to report unsportsmanlike behavior in the event that someone bounces or there simply isn't a chane to report someone at the end of the game. Thank you.

You can report them in a support ticket.

Annie's behavior was unsportsmanlike so it actually is reportable and I would say that she was assisting the enemy team by wasting a ban. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752884-Reporting-a-Player i know that is a old article but it says that you should report players that don't focus on the team aspect of the game. Annie completely ignored this fact. no one on the team gave them the role of captain and they have to respect the other players wishes like in any team.

Unsportsmanlike behavior is for behavior towards opponent. As for banning, person who is banning has all the right in the world to ban any champion they want.

Why is it an option when reporting a team mate if that was the case? and yes while the person has the opportunity to ban any champion is it not bad manners to ban someone else's pick just cause you don't like it. Why do u argue about this? Riot said players are allowed to ban whatever they want, due to possibility of opponent picking it.
