So just had two people hold a game hostage

It's like the third game today where my support roamed the whole game and left me to lose a 1v2 lane. Top wanted rengar, my support bans rengar and auto-locks Tristana. Top picks bard with smite and goes to our jungler's blue to steal it, spends a few minutes roaming around doing nothing, then goes to duo lane top with tristana and basically just not even try to win. Tristana just worries about getting dmg in and kills even though we're all losing across the board, and then tells me that I'm probably just a bad adc because I can't win a 1v2 lane as twitch against a lulu and jhin. They literally both trolled and wasted a half hour of our time because neither would surrender even though we were literally turtling in our tower with no inhib turrets up by 17 mins in... Why have I not gotten a notification that either one of these players have been suspended or banned?

I have some screenshots but whenever I go to the submit a ticket it goes to a "verify your account" page even though my account is verified so I can't even submit a ticket.

No player is ever forced to surrender the game. The only way something like this is punishable is if posts on both teams are coordinating to block surrenders and not win the game.

If they didn't want to surrender, they aren't forced to.

It's cool, Chermorg, but yeah I was more upset over the fact that one person set off a chain reaction and another person trolled the team because of the one person banning their champion, even if it was by accident which I'm pretty sure the person had already selected the champion which should've been pretty obvious to anyone paying enough attention to select a champion to ban. And neither of 'em have had any disciplinary actions taken yet. I hope so though, they're gonna ruin a lot of games with their immaturity and stupidity.

I gotcha, Asterfix. Most of the time it seemed to pop up almost immediately after issuing the report. But maybe those were the most consistently toxic players. Just the smug attitude that they had really irked me. I found it hilarious and pointed it out to the top bard that it's ironic how he resorts to ruining the game for EVERYONE on his team because one troll team mate does something petty. "Oh, you're gonna troll? Let me troll so I can get banned too! Ha ha!"

Yeah, there are a lot of people with a major malfunction. You can get around ONE of them, but when you get TWO in a game? Then you get stuck.

Sadly Riot can't really pick them up. Low damage to champions / low objective count / low KDA all get written off as bad games or a bad player, who just for some reason doesn't 'want' to surrender. There's no way for them to tell numerically the difference between bads and griefers because their stats are identical.

And no, I really don't know what's going through their heads. What's the difference between a bad player and a griefer to the game? Nada.
