And you can still say in the champion select "I'm going to troll this game" and your team can't do anything about it but dodge.

Or, play the game and report the troll after. If you dodge the game you're technically giving the troll what he wants.
or you stay in the game and call their bluff, cos they wanted you to dodge instead.
If they do troll, they'll get punished, and I'll take that as a minigame within the game.
