Actions on smurf, do his main get's banned?

So recently i made a smurf on eune, and i've been played on it for a while, it's level 10-20 atm, and i meet alot of smurfs, they are around silver-golds, based on their cs and gameplay. But i played one game vs a scripter, and i'm positive he is a smurfing scripter. Will he get banned on his main, if the smurf gets banned?
