The most toxic person i've ever met hasn't been punished

Just want to start off by saying I could actually be risking my account because in the game I said something toxic to our mid laner, but later I apologized and he accepted it and end of game he said that I did nothing punishable

So yesterday our Shen top was definitely one of if not the most toxic person I have met, he didn't care at all if he got banned in fact he said that he wouldn't get a ban because he barely spoke and to my knowledge this is true. I still haven't gotten an instant feedback report and it has been 12 hours or so in game Shen: fucking retard Shen: kill yourself Shen: let me out Shen: I'm done btw idk if yall know Shen: ziggs you can kill yourself too lol Shen: how can someone with ten kills be so useless Nami: I respek the zac support Shen: I don't makes me want to blow my fucking brains out and murder his family

Post game I reported him with verbal, negative attitude and hate speech and told riot he was calling people retarded telling them to kill themselves, saying he wants to kill me and murder my family Ziggs says hes going to get shen banned Shen: LOL this fucking guy, good Shen: I've been chat restricted twice in 7 years one email isn't going to change anything from some platnium retard who wants to suck the summoners code off Shen: nah I really don't care I hate this game and what it's become Shen: autofill is cancer Shen: by the way I'm not getting banned and that's a fact Shen: let me tell you right now this game is trash you are trash zac is trash end your lives post game proof <removed by moderation> he then left and what he said was true. I didn't get any instant feedback report and it's the next day. I think it's really sad that he didn't even get a chat restriction when people say way less toxic things and get perma banned. either instant feedback reports don't always get delivered or this shen got off scott free from the punishment system.

Note if you are checking the proof it does have summoner names and I don't support adding anyone in that game

i totally agree with you. here we have actual proof of chat logs of someone saying things that are said to be toxic and require him to be banned. yet... you report and so does your team and nothing is done about it. meanwhile i simply say "wtf zoe" one time and i get a chat restriction....

they really should do something about this and simply having a moderator say "if you reported him then youve done all you can" is simply not good enough. this kind of stuff happens ALL THE TIME> and the toxic players get off without any punishment whatsover. its not like this player is just having a bad game, hes in game being a toxic nuisance to his teammates and trolling. WAY WORSE than simply just losing your cool one game

I have removed the videos you've posted, as they are naming and shaming. If you reported them in the post game, then you've done what you can on your end. If they mentioned something in the post-game you found objectionable, then you should make a note about it in your report.
