3yrs with no bad behavior

So I wrote a long LONG story yesterday I'll try to fix it now and keep it shorter. Bottom Line is that I haven't had bad behavior in 3 yrs, had a bad game which i spammed you suck bad team etc. Now I'm 2 week ban and its my last warning until perma? So pretty much my reform Meant nothing. I have been reading things about going down in punishment teirs?. I haven't had a punishment in 3 yrs so all that time... and i'm still at my last warning? meaning in 3 yrs my account never went to a "positive" account even though I've been receiving your behavior has improved messages for god knows how long?. To me 3rs yrs of no bad behavior compared to 1 match of bad behavior is kinda... Like wouldn't chat restriction be fine? and for the support to say "emphasize this is your last warning until perma ban" I haven't had anything in 3 yrs... and now this is my last warning? Like how should I feel going back to playing again knowing that me reforming means truly nothing if i May let idiot slip out yrs down the line to just get perma banned for it with no warning.

3yrs of no bad behavior has no effect on 1 game of bad behavior. P.s no homophobic, Racial, or Threatening was said. Most was said was feeding team, Suck ,bad team , I can show the Log and even show you my Twitch I record every game. spamming I agree it wasn't smart but for me to receive a 2 week ban with no previous warning or ban for 3 yrs, Is kinda ridiculous. In that aspect whats the point of the word "reform" if it truly doesn't mean anything towards a judgement now Like wouldn't this make anyone who has reformed for that long a little salty? Like we know you've been on good behavior for 3 yrs but that don't matter?

Any input would be great.. I've been going back and forth with support but It truly doesn't feel like there even reading my message and the fact he said "last warning" makes me feel like really? 3rs and this is my last warning?
and if this is the case that no matter how long your good for and how long your reformed it has no effect on a current behavior situation I don't know if ill be playing.. anymore...

I Know I spammed but to me this could've just been a chat restriction or few day ban cause this is literally my only game like this in 3 yrs. To tell me to make a positive change in myself would make sense if this happend on a daily basis or in a pattern. but 1 mishap in 3 yrs to me doesn't really seem like i'm toxic or as support said "Make positive change in yourself" 1 bad game out of 3 yrs kinda doesn't make me feel like i gotta change my attitude it was simply a bad game / mishap. I compare it to taking 1 day off of work in 3 yrs does that make me a unreliable associate?... maybe I'm wrong about everything

Its really difficult to believe that you would go off on an entire team for 30 minutes starting BEFORE the 1 minute mark and it be "your first time in 3 years". I have never had my account banned or even received as much as a warning, and there has been some games where I have been frustrated and been a dick and been told i was reported by someone on the team. So I am guessing you're lying about this being your first time in 3 years (doesnt help that youre clearly angry at someone who commented on this thread).
If you are not, then I would say that the severity of your flaming that game pushed you towards the top of the punishments based on not being your first offense no matter how many years have gone by since your last ban. all in all, you are not perma banned so just chill out. I would recommend muting all at the beggining of the games.

It truly is my first offense in 3 yrs. I record every game I play on twitch. i have emails to prove the last time i had any behavior punishment The support did say the severity of the "chat". I'm not trying to make it sound right but it seems like i was just spamming.. i said "stupid shit" In my mind i though 2 week bans goes to trully toxic players who show consistency in this kinda behavior? or if something was racial said or homophobic or selm harm speech etc. You can see my whole game there. i posted that video link. Doesn't mean i shoul've freaked out like i did but i feel like i still don't deserve that much of a ban for my reform but... at this point i feel its a loosing battle The only reason i got a little frusterated with a comment is that.. that person is going around posting harassing comments things that don't need to be said.. I mean its one thing in game.

But to go around looking for posts to sometimes harass people on is almost worse. none the less that has nothing to do with this subject. so I thank you for the input I just feel like reform should have some sort of value on your judgement. Otherwise someone could get a 2 week ban yrs ago slip up a little and spam one game and get perma ban? idk maybe I'm wrong. but i see spamming someone sucks a little less offensive then telling someone to "kys" or anything that's along those lines.. And just like you said there has been some games for you... this is my only game like this in 3 yrs . Last punishment was 9/26/2014. I may just mute everyone or just ignore it i've been ignoring it for yrs but i just get worried i may get reported for not communicating then..Looks like i gotta get my honor 5 back again.. only took me a few weeks.. lol thanks for responding! any input on this helps

It truly is my last punishment was 9/26/2014 for behavior. I mentioned this to the support So if there any other punishments wouldn't he of brought it up ? to let me know that is why this is your last warning? or to at least state your last warning was on _____ especially after i mentioned that it has been 3 yrs about 4 times

ill get like 5 game low que every now and then just because of my pc/internet sometimes glitchy but that should have nothing to due with my behavior lol

The last time i talked to them before that was when the hextech came out I wanted to know since my account was better how that would work.

Post the chat logs. You may have said trigger words that can escalate punishment tiers.

You should show your log. Certain behavior or certain severity of behavior can result in an escalated punishment as part of the normal process, and we'd have to be able to see your logs to see why you might have been escalated.

The Djinn When you get a chance check out my Log let me know what exactly could've escalated it that far? was it the spamming ? or the fact i said stupid shit or called the players stupid/bad/new/ i also said bad fucking matchmaking but that itself is not towards any player. I just kinda am looking for like the border or what would push a judgement past other warnings like this? I personal think i could've just had a few day ban since this isn't normal for my account anymore since 2014 But if it was the spam or the words I said I would just like confirmation for my knowledge I always felt severity was certain words like racial, homophobic, self harm speech, things that are not excepted AT ALL i mean what i did shouldn't be excepted but I do feel it wasn't so severe to get me this ban. If I'm wrong I'm wrong I just would love the input for myself thank you! no rush!

I'm afraid I can't point out exactly what the problem is here, but I can take a guess. To some extent the level and pesistence of the behavior matters as much as the severity of the behavior, and this is basically an entire chat log of you calling your team morons and complaining about their gameplay or decision-making. It's definitely excessive, although it doesn't use any zero-tolerance words or phrases. I could potentially see that pushing you to an escalation, although it's not something I see especially often.

Unfortunately, I can't say for sure why it got you an escalated punishment, and no one aside from Riot will be able to tell you that. It could be that your account did not fully recover from previous punishments, or it could be something else entirely. If you want more information I would recommend sending in a support ticket and seeing if they will give it to you.

I do thank you for responding! That's kinda why I posted this cause I can see why I could of maybe got pushed cause of the Persistence of that match but compared to others and the time frame that ive been positive was making me kinda question it in a way. I have talked to one support and he said.

I have reopened another ticket cause "intensity of what was said" I kinda would like what was it that pushed me.. was it the spam? like you said it was an entire chat full which is deff not right. But like you said you don't see it a whole lot so. I would love that kinda confirmation from riot which is why I opened another ticket. I appreciate your time checking my log out and giving me your input I had the same idea that it could if anything be from how "Persistent" I was that game. just the clarification from riot is what I'm looking for. thanks again!

Hey The Djinn I'm sorry for bugging again but I just wanted to show you some thing and get your insight on it thanks! no rush to respond.

So this is the 2nd supports initial message to me

"You were escalated to this 2 week ban because your chatlogs in this case were excessively toxic. Your previous punishments were not taken into account here as you were issued this punishment based on your recent behavior alone. Almost all of what you said in this specific game was abusive or direct harassment to other players.

Reform means a lot, but if you go back to your old ways then yeah, it will mean nothing. You have to always maintain a calm mindset as lashing out in the way you have been, not only in this game, but in others recently, will make things worse for everyone involved including yourself.

I understand the punishment may seem harsh, but this is the appropriate punishment based on how you used chat and treated others. You will not always be on this final warning, as moving forward with improved behavior will lead to your account's status improving over time".

There's a few things that bother me here.

Reform means a lot, but if you go back to your old ways then yeah, it will mean nothing.

that sentence is kinda upsetting to hear coming from a Player Behavior Specialist To me that means. Hey I'm reformed for so and so yrs with no issues but I had a bad game(comparing the type of log i had) so no Zero-Tolerance words. It don't matter you still had that bad game. So to me it feel like "Reform" has no value. beside maybe personal value then how can it mean a lot? Because my case first hand it shows that beside that it has no value towards you account

Perfect example right here of "Reform" means nothing. If I truly was doing this to the point they had to bring it up in the response shouldn't of I have gotten a warning of some kind? a chat ban anything? instead of waiting till I freaked out for a 2 week ban? it doesn't really make me feel like me "reforming" meant anything besides me being eligible for loot chest and personal level of feeling.

As the support specialist said, your previous punishment was NOT considered as part of this -- your reform worked well enough that they didn't hold your past behavior against you. The value it had is that you got the 14-day ban warning again instead of being permanently banned.

Perfect example right here of "Reform" means nothing. If I truly was doing this to the point they had to bring it up in the response shouldn't of I have gotten a warning of some kind? a chat ban anything? instead of waiting till I freaked out for a 2 week ban?

At this point I've given up. They have now transferd me to my 4th support.

I've asked 3 times for chat logs of my recent "Neg" games. (still have not gotten anything beside that 1 game chat log)

I know this was my only really neg game. They first said I was banned for that games chat log. now I'm hearing that my account has been neg recently. Last 3 Times I've asked I've been transferred to a new support who just repeats the same thing the others say in a different wording

"That said while there was no content on here that is considered Zero Tolerance, there is an excessive amount of negativity, and due to the sheer volume of the negative content, your account was suspended, as even small instances can add up :("

this response was after the 3rd time I've asked for these "neg" game chat logs.

I'm just getting frustrated that i'm hearing new things and different stories every time.

I've asked several times what was so extremely toxic about that games chat log was it the Persistence or?

Still no response to that either.

at this point I'm just so upset that the supports can't even give me an answer... and just keep transferring me

honestly you type soooo much that i have absolutely no sympathy for you. this game does not requre much, if ANY typing at all to play. People who type TOO MUCH should be punished imo. oh, looks like you were.

shut up for two seconds and play the game is all im saying.

My intentions were not to be rude. Just stating that in my opinion it is not required to type much in league to do well. It is also my opinion that people who type excessively should have some type of warning and it punishment because, again in my opinion, excessive typing (especially the type of typing OP was doing) is not constructive to the current game and distracting the player who is typing causing him to not play 100% with the team.

When I said "shut up and just play the game for 2 seconds" I wasn't meaning that as a direct insult to OP. Just a general belief that a lot of people should in fact keep their mouths (keyboard) closed and actually play the game that they chose to enter.

I agree WInter which is what I'm trying to say this the first I've spammed this much In a single game in 3 yrs. I'm not one for spamming but keeping it in for so long dealing with people who I would love if they worked together a 100%.

but usually they don't which gets me a little agitated sometimes. but like I said I usually don't care I just loose or win I really don't care for the feeders/afks. The fact that the guy wanted to report me just for trying to use teemo sup prob set me off. Like I said its been 3 yrs so its been building up.

But none the less this is just spam to me..I spammed up the chat for 1 game. For them to say this is your last warning is kinda upsetting. Now I would not even post this if I felt I said something to push up my judgement but from spam and saying stupid shit dumb shit or bad fucking matchmaking there is no zero tolerance words in there..

P.s I usually tend to ping for my team and not use chat unless its GL HF or giving people props for good plays. Hence why I was lv 5 honor people enjoyed playing games with me.

Even before the game started the varus that ended up feeding was spamming "report to me" Simply because I chose teemo as support. That is intially what started then i started going of... I was having bad day with games but not spamming but hearing my teamate say report as soon as i wanted to use teemo kinda just set me off.. I also did switch to braum even after varus saying hell report me.. Reform is critical to our design philosophy because less than 1% of players are persistently negative enough to trigger a major punishment such as a 14-day ban or permanent ban.

I agree Seth I feel I should be punished but I feel were comparing Robbing a bank to maybe stealing a piece of candy both are punishable but the punishment should be different between the two I'm not comparing my scenario to a peice of candy lol but I'm just trying to say there should be diff levels. I just wanted to post an update and thank everyone for there input. I'm still waiting patiently for the 2nd support to contact me. Simply becuase I want another response answer this is one thing that stuck out to me

The support stated this area below was the area he "highlighted showing particular neg towards my teamates"

I personaly think the rest of the chat log is worse then this I called the adc a "stupid shit" but that's not in this context and that to me was one of the worst things I've seen in this entire log

one other thing is that the support also stated

If I constantly berating my team and it made it seem this was a reason I was banned why would I not get those logs as well? cause I don' constantly berate my allies.

i've taken some time and I've found the chat log that you were 2-week banned for and I'll post the entire chat below'

So this was the chat I was banned for? "The intensity of what was said" wouldn't my case fall under "persistence" since it was more spam then really saying anything truly zero tolerance

So what the support is pretty much telling me is that this chat log (complete chat is on top) is compared to the ones that have Zero-Tolerance words in it? to me spamming 1 match using the words I used is a lot less offensive then using Zero-Tolerance words

I'm hoping the 2nd support can provide me with a better detail of why I got banned. cause some of what he said don' make sense to me What bugs me the most is the fact that.

if a player is reforming and has done that well for that long if time.. and has something less severe then other cases(at least in my eyes) (If this is as severe as it gets tell me) happen 1 game should he not have the privileges others who have no punishment? Cause I deff feel if This was a brand new account for me I would simply get a "chat restriction" how is that a positive boost for the "player" reforming

But you spammed in match so this is your last warning? how is that not a mind fuck for someone trying to better themselves? or has already better themselves especially for that length of time. that kinda is like o wow.. I reformed but that doesn't mean my account has reformed? If I were to say a zero-tolerance word that would make sense for my escalated punishment.

But I still truly feel my escalated punishment was not needed all it did was make me feel like my time bettering myself and I felt my account really did nothing for myself in the end. I'm not asking for rewards but i'm asking for the privileged to be judged like every other summoner who has no behavior issues if after 3rs of no behavior issues isn't enough for riot to feel like this "summoner" has "reformed" meaning he is now able to be judged with cleaner slate. Then does "Reform" mean nothing to the judgement.

Once again zero-tolerance words in my opinions do not fall under what i'm saying how reformed you are or not there is no place for those kinda words which is what I believe as well. but my situation doesn't fall under that so how is it that i'm judged like that? the only answers I'll get are from the support as I patiently wait xD

I'm just leaving a final update I'm going to stop trying to pursue my case with Riot Support Team I've been transfered 4 times, Told different information each time, Still can't answer my question and just keep getting the same response just worded differently.

They last 3 supports said Recent games of bad behavior or lashing out? I've asked 4 times for chat logs. they send me the same chat log I was sent before.

" Here are some examples of chats that have triggered this discipline. It is because of this negativity that you have been given a two week suspension"

They sent me 1 game chat log. The one that i posted at the beg of this post. I've spent half my ban time trying to get simple answers from riot.

Was told that games chat log was why I was banned. I asked why was I escalated. They said cause the case was so severe. I asked why was this log so severe since there no
zero-tolerance words then I hear I was lashing out in games recently. then i get

So first I was banned for that games chat log, now there telling me I was banned cause of the sheer volume of negative content on my account and yet they send me chat logs from that braum game and nothing else? even after asking 4 times. so in my mind that is the only neg chat logs they have with me recently so why bring up other neg games? with no chat logs of any kind of those recent games?

Ill write nice interesting messages expressing my concerns and even stating clearly my questions and every response is barley a paragraph usually not even answering my question.

SO bottom line is that riot is not helping me what so ever and I give up
