3yrs with no bad behavior

So I wrote a long LONG story yesterday I'll try to fix it now and keep it shorter. Bottom Line is that I haven't had bad behavior in 3 yrs, had a bad game which i spammed you suck bad team etc. Now I'm 2 week ban and its my last warning until perma? So pretty much my reform Meant nothing. I have been reading things about going down in punishment teirs?. I haven't had a punishment in 3 yrs so all that time... and i'm still at my last warning? meaning in 3 yrs my account never went to a "positive" account even though I've been receiving your behavior has improved messages for god knows how long?. To me 3rs yrs of no bad behavior compared to 1 match of bad behavior is kinda... Like wouldn't chat restriction be fine? and for the support to say "emphasize this is your last warning until perma ban" I haven't had anything in 3 yrs... and now this is my last warning? Like how should I feel going back to playing again knowing that me reforming means truly nothing if i May let idiot slip out yrs down the line to just get perma banned for it with no warning.

3yrs of no bad behavior has no effect on 1 game of bad behavior. P.s no homophobic, Racial, or Threatening was said. Most was said was feeding team, Suck ,bad team , I can show the Log and even show you my Twitch I record every game. spamming I agree it wasn't smart but for me to receive a 2 week ban with no previous warning or ban for 3 yrs, Is kinda ridiculous. In that aspect whats the point of the word "reform" if it truly doesn't mean anything towards a judgement now Like wouldn't this make anyone who has reformed for that long a little salty? Like we know you've been on good behavior for 3 yrs but that don't matter?

Any input would be great.. I've been going back and forth with support but It truly doesn't feel like there even reading my message and the fact he said "last warning" makes me feel like really? 3rs and this is my last warning?
and if this is the case that no matter how long your good for and how long your reformed it has no effect on a current behavior situation I don't know if ill be playing.. anymore...

I Know I spammed but to me this could've just been a chat restriction or few day ban cause this is literally my only game like this in 3 yrs. To tell me to make a positive change in myself would make sense if this happend on a daily basis or in a pattern. but 1 mishap in 3 yrs to me doesn't really seem like i'm toxic or as support said "Make positive change in yourself" 1 bad game out of 3 yrs kinda doesn't make me feel like i gotta change my attitude it was simply a bad game / mishap. I compare it to taking 1 day off of work in 3 yrs does that make me a unreliable associate?... maybe I'm wrong about everything

Its really difficult to believe that you would go off on an entire team for 30 minutes starting BEFORE the 1 minute mark and it be "your first time in 3 years". I have never had my account banned or even received as much as a warning, and there has been some games where I have been frustrated and been a dick and been told i was reported by someone on the team. So I am guessing you're lying about this being your first time in 3 years (doesnt help that youre clearly angry at someone who commented on this thread).
If you are not, then I would say that the severity of your flaming that game pushed you towards the top of the punishments based on not being your first offense no matter how many years have gone by since your last ban. all in all, you are not perma banned so just chill out. I would recommend muting all at the beggining of the games.

You should show your log. Certain behavior or certain severity of behavior can result in an escalated punishment as part of the normal process, and we'd have to be able to see your logs to see why you might have been escalated.

Reform is critical to our design philosophy because less than 1% of players are persistently negative enough to trigger a major punishment such as a 14-day ban or permanent ban.

Taken right from the website. so.... 3yrs of no punishment is persistent enough for a 14 day ban? uhhh that doesn't even make sense in the slightest

I just wanted to post an update and thank everyone for there input. I'm still waiting patiently for the 2nd support to contact me. Simply becuase I want another response answer this is one thing that stuck out to me

The support stated this area below was the area he "highlighted showing particular neg towards my teamates"

I personaly think the rest of the chat log is worse then this I called the adc a "stupid shit" but that's not in this context and that to me was one of the worst things I've seen in this entire log

one other thing is that the support also stated

If I constantly berating my team and it made it seem this was a reason I was banned why would I not get those logs as well? cause I don' constantly berate my allies.

i've taken some time and I've found the chat log that you were 2-week banned for and I'll post the entire chat below'

So this was the chat I was banned for? "The intensity of what was said" wouldn't my case fall under "persistence" since it was more spam then really saying anything truly zero tolerance

Our banning system will escalate a player to a 2-week ban if the severity of actions taken are deemed punishable.

So what the support is pretty much telling me is that this chat log (complete chat is on top) is compared to the ones that have Zero-Tolerance words in it? to me spamming 1 match using the words I used is a lot less offensive then using Zero-Tolerance words

I'm hoping the 2nd support can provide me with a better detail of why I got banned. cause some of what he said don' make sense to me What bugs me the most is the fact that.

if a player is reforming and has done that well for that long if time.. and has something less severe then other cases(at least in my eyes) (If this is as severe as it gets tell me) happen 1 game should he not have the privileges others who have no punishment? Cause I deff feel if This was a brand new account for me I would simply get a "chat restriction" how is that a positive boost for the "player" reforming

I would love to know the amount of players that actually are successful in reforming just for kicks.. It's not easy I'm gonna say that first hand so how is that fair for the ones that do. To get the same judgement as ones that have not?

Like just hearing "We emphasize this is your last warning" message delivered to someone who is not toxic is kinda a put down no? like we know you haven't had any problems in a while and in fact we have sent you messages over time stating your behavior has improved so much that you stopped getting them.

But you spammed in match so this is your last warning? how is that not a mind fuck for someone trying to better themselves? or has already better themselves especially for that length of time. that kinda is like o wow.. I reformed but that doesn't mean my account has reformed? If I were to say a zero-tolerance word that would make sense for my escalated punishment.

But I still truly feel my escalated punishment was not needed all it did was make me feel like my time bettering myself and I felt my account really did nothing for myself in the end. I'm not asking for rewards but i'm asking for the privileged to be judged like every other summoner who has no behavior issues if after 3rs of no behavior issues isn't enough for riot to feel like this "summoner" has "reformed" meaning he is now able to be judged with cleaner slate. Then does "Reform" mean nothing to the judgement.

Once again zero-tolerance words in my opinions do not fall under what i'm saying how reformed you are or not there is no place for those kinda words which is what I believe as well. but my situation doesn't fall under that so how is it that i'm judged like that? the only answers I'll get are from the support as I patiently wait xD

After reading that chatlog, I can say with 100% certainty that you deserved the temp ban. That crap is annoying at best, and will only ever make the game worse for everyone involved.

I'm just leaving a final update I'm going to stop trying to pursue my case with Riot Support Team I've been transfered 4 times, Told different information each time, Still can't answer my question and just keep getting the same response just worded differently.

They last 3 supports said Recent games of bad behavior or lashing out? I've asked 4 times for chat logs. they send me the same chat log I was sent before.

" Here are some examples of chats that have triggered this discipline. It is because of this negativity that you have been given a two week suspension"

They sent me 1 game chat log. The one that i posted at the beg of this post. I've spent half my ban time trying to get simple answers from riot.

"Here are some examples" you sent me 1 LOG from which I already seen?

Was told that games chat log was why I was banned. I asked why was I escalated. They said cause the case was so severe. I asked why was this log so severe since there no
zero-tolerance words then I hear I was lashing out in games recently. then i get

"there is an excessive amount of negativity, and due to the sheer volume of the negative content"

as even small instances can add up :(.

so now by the way this is written were bringing in other games were I was neg recently

But when I ask for the log they send me the log from that braum game

So first I was banned for that games chat log, now there telling me I was banned cause of the sheer volume of negative content on my account and yet they send me chat logs from that braum game and nothing else? even after asking 4 times. so in my mind that is the only neg chat logs they have with me recently so why bring up other neg games? with no chat logs of any kind of those recent games?

Ill write nice interesting messages expressing my concerns and even stating clearly my questions and every response is barley a paragraph usually not even answering my question.

SO bottom line is that riot is not helping me what so ever and I give up

typing in chat every 2 seconds for the full game no fucking wonder i bet you're laying because riot do take reform periods in account i woul dhate to play with you. muted the fist second of the game. seems fucking annoying

Even before the game started the varus that ended up feeding was spamming "report to me" Simply because I chose teemo as support. That is intially what started then i started going of... I was having bad day with games but not spamming but hearing my teamate say report as soon as i wanted to use teemo kinda just set me off.. I also did switch to braum even after varus saying hell report me.. cant believe how much you typed. still 1 warning before permanent ban seems a bit harsh. i mean riot employees wish cancer and death on people all the time in real life so this doesnt seem that bad.
