Riot Wont Help me

I'm just posting this expressing my frustration and confusion with Riot Support I have been going back and forth with support for over a week now.. that's half my ban time

I've been transfered 4 times I've been told things that make no sense I'm being told something different almost every time They say i've been negative in other games besides the one I was banned for which also what played a part in my ban after 4 times of asking for chat logs of those other games. they send me the same one I've seen before the one I was banned for They still wont answer my other question as well just keep repeating the same answer worded differently

Like I don't feel its fair that you can issue a 14 day ban with a flick of a finger but when I come to ask why and for more information for my own peace of mind. I'ts like impossible. The biggest upsetting point in this whole thing is that. you guys brought in information to support your judgement with no chat logs. And actually make me ask for those chat logs making the process longer just to receive the same chat log i had already

"as even small instances can add up :(." Then I get responses like this. Pretty much saying there's been supposed other negativity on my account and that played part in my ban. But after 4 times of asking for those chat logs get nothing but same exact chat log that issued me the ban? You cant have 1 person say "this was the chat log that your account was banned for" then say things like "as even small instances can add up :(."

okay so which is it?

"Here are some examples of chats that have triggered this discipline." they gave me 1 game chat. the same game chat I received already so that makes no sense

The 2nd support stated "Reform means a lot, but if you go back to your old ways then yeah, it will mean nothing"

stating reform means a lot and nothing in same sentence the new support said "healing" your account He said it acted as a buffer for any judgement

So one support said "Reform" other said "Healing" which one is it.. wouldn't they all be all the same page with the same term definition?

so how would reform mean nothing if you go back to your old ways if its a buffer for your current judgement? these just a few things I've encountered during my process

At this point I'm more frustrated with how my case and questions are being dealt with then me being banned in a whole

More than likely, this isn't them not helping you, it's you refusing to admit you got yourself punished. They are using different terms to try and help you understand, but they're saying the same thing.

They are right to say that was the chat log that got you banned. It's the proverbial straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. It doesn't mean that is the only thing that factored into your punishment.

This entire post looks like grasping at straws, trying to find any fault that would suggest you're not in the wrong here. My recommendation to you is to stop wasting your energy on this. If the account is banned and you have had four different support agents tell you it's not getting unbanned, that's the end of it. No matter what semantic argument you make.

Refusing to unban you isn't a problem of them not helping, it's a problem of you not accepting the outcome.
