Riot Wont Help me

I'm just posting this expressing my frustration and confusion with Riot Support I have been going back and forth with support for over a week now.. that's half my ban time

I've been transfered 4 times I've been told things that make no sense I'm being told something different almost every time They say i've been negative in other games besides the one I was banned for which also what played a part in my ban after 4 times of asking for chat logs of those other games. they send me the same one I've seen before the one I was banned for They still wont answer my other question as well just keep repeating the same answer worded differently

Like I don't feel its fair that you can issue a 14 day ban with a flick of a finger but when I come to ask why and for more information for my own peace of mind. I'ts like impossible. The biggest upsetting point in this whole thing is that. you guys brought in information to support your judgement with no chat logs. And actually make me ask for those chat logs making the process longer just to receive the same chat log i had already

"as even small instances can add up :(." Then I get responses like this. Pretty much saying there's been supposed other negativity on my account and that played part in my ban. But after 4 times of asking for those chat logs get nothing but same exact chat log that issued me the ban? You cant have 1 person say "this was the chat log that your account was banned for" then say things like "as even small instances can add up :(."

okay so which is it?

"Here are some examples of chats that have triggered this discipline." they gave me 1 game chat. the same game chat I received already so that makes no sense

The 2nd support stated "Reform means a lot, but if you go back to your old ways then yeah, it will mean nothing"

stating reform means a lot and nothing in same sentence the new support said "healing" your account He said it acted as a buffer for any judgement

So one support said "Reform" other said "Healing" which one is it.. wouldn't they all be all the same page with the same term definition?

so how would reform mean nothing if you go back to your old ways if its a buffer for your current judgement? these just a few things I've encountered during my process

At this point I'm more frustrated with how my case and questions are being dealt with then me being banned in a whole

More than likely, this isn't them not helping you, it's you refusing to admit you got yourself punished. They are using different terms to try and help you understand, but they're saying the same thing.

They are right to say that was the chat log that got you banned. It's the proverbial straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. It doesn't mean that is the only thing that factored into your punishment.

This entire post looks like grasping at straws, trying to find any fault that would suggest you're not in the wrong here. My recommendation to you is to stop wasting your energy on this. If the account is banned and you have had four different support agents tell you it's not getting unbanned, that's the end of it. No matter what semantic argument you make.

Refusing to unban you isn't a problem of them not helping, it's a problem of you not accepting the outcome.

I thank you for responding. That is actually good thing you mentioned that because I've never mentioned once to them that my account should be un banned I just felt I shoulve got a chat ban or less severe. Simpy because I haven't been punished in 3 yrs

"what does healing mean" and why does it not effect my account? (healing is a buffer for your current judgment) so why did my account not get affected

I agree with this is the log that got you reported breaking the camels back. But in my defense. If i had bad neg activity why wouldn't i just get chat banned back then before it became a 2 week ban? Why would they still not send me chat logs of those games even after i asked 4 times

what exactly did i say in my chat log to escalate me (there answer is the same extreme neg, extreme toxic)

that doesn't help me.. lol its just like saying your banned your banned

but neither will clarify what was extremely toxic was it the persistence of it? or? 5 times I've asked this question

Certain things, such as hate speech, or telling other players to kill themselves, will escalate you directly to a 14 day suspension.

They are not obligated to provide you any chat logs from games not presented to you in the client. I’m not actually even sure if they’re able to technically - I know they have access to the reform cards but it may be that the support agents you were talking with did not have access to your other logs, only “higher up” ones do.

I agree Chermorg that's the thing I didn't use any of those "Non-Tolerence words" I did spam a lot but the most I said to a direct player was "stupid shit" I can post the chat log but I already have it shared on another post "3yrs no bad behavior" you should be able to also look through my profile

I've been transferred 4 times I hope one would be able to but maybe not... hrm. I wonder how 2 of the supports would be able to use that as leverage towards there "correct judgement" then... I mean at this point my account is only a week away. ill just have to get back to my honor 5

Well, looking at that log you posted, that is extreme abuse. You may not have used hate speech, but you certainly berated and harassed your team literally every minute for the entire game.

I could see that meriting an escalated punishment. You were, as you sat, horrid. You constantly and consistently abused your adc and eventually your mid laner. You spend more time telling people to give up than you do trying to win. It's constant abuse.

I have another post if you want to check it out when i first started this whole thing its "3yrs no punishment" I've had several summoners trying to help me with my case... One was trying to point out what exactly escalated me and with no zero-tolerance words used he couldn't he had an idea but for sure didn't know.

and that's what i asked riot what exactly was so toxic/neg about that match that escalated me me being persistent or? then asked why does my reform/healing account of 3 yrs put no difference in this judgement when they actually said it would in there response.

then I started getting responses having to due with my account being neg recently and when I ask for those logs they send me the same exact log I've seen...I think to anyone that would be a little upsetting

The only reason why I was pursuing this was because my last punishment for behavior was 3 yrs ago which I also mentioned to them several times and since no Non-Tolerance words were used even confirmed by there support I still got a 2 week ban with a final warning?

a little upsetting Like I just want clarification that's all I've been asking this entire time.
