What's going on these days?

Hi guys and girls, I don't know if I'm just unlucky, but these last days has been hard. People are litteraly acting like sh*t. Here is an example, in ARAM (Yes, even in ARAM it's possible to be rude I guess). I usually play ARAM to have fun, to take it easy and avoid that kind of behaviour.

Oh and, I wonder if someone can answer that: Does the tribunal can look at the champion select and post-game chat when we repor? Thanks
