I wait my twenty minutes, join a game, go down to get a cup of water and someone doesn't ban and by the time im up im too late to accept my game and im forced to wait another fucking 20 minutes. Why make us sit through it, why not just make us wait once holy fucking shit fuckers.

While that's unfortunate that was still 10 minutes your team had to play without you there. LPQ has built-in leeway for unexpected situations, but since you've said that you now have a 20 minute LPQ time (the maximum wait time) it means that you've already used it all up. From the Leaverbuster FAQ:
HOW LONG WILL I REMAIN IN THE LOW PRIORITY QUEUE? You will be placed in the low priority queue for 5 games. If you continuously leave, the low priority queue timers increase from 5 minutes per game to 10 minutes per game and then capping out at 20 minutes per game.

While that's unfortunate, you had plenty of time to get some water while waiting the 20 minutes. Instead you chose to wait until you got into champion select to get some water, a risk that ultimately backfired on you. Next time if you need to do something then do it during the 20-minute wait period rather than waiting till the last second to do it.
