My Hextech loot ban.

So, i got a hextech loot ban because I was suspended once for being toxic, I know I deserved it but now for 3-4 months ive completely stopped my toxicity. I was wondering when my ban on hextech loot was going to go away because i really want to be able to get loot. I also wonder if it is possible to get hextech loot bans taken away.
