I played bad one game, and this twitch got really mad at me and started calling me out for playing horrible. Do i deserve to get banned? s/he said that i would be reporting and said that "it's not fair but it be like that sometimes." What do i do. or do i just not worry? (sorry for bad grammar).

Riot detects two things. Severity and Consistency. Riot will never punish you for poor play. Poor play has no place in either of those.
The only time you get banned is based if you do it a lot and mean to do it on purpose. Purposely to ruin the game, only then it is flaggable. Once you do this consistently, with the same intent, regardless of the reason you're purposely trying to ruin the game the only thing you'll get punished. But being banned for playing poorly, no.
Just keep a calm behavior and play out the game the best you can and move on.
