Permanent banned for this one game?

Hey,so I got banned for this one game,where I didn't basically even flame anyone,just said kys to the enemy kayle 3 times. Nothing else. Here are the logs

this is the whole log,how did this deserve a perm ban,my team probably reported me,because I was doing really badly with yasuo. Can I have your guys opinion if this deserved a permanent ban? I already contacted riot support,but they haven't responded.
