Permanent banned for this one game?

Hey,so I got banned for this one game,where I didn't basically even flame anyone,just said kys to the enemy kayle 3 times. Nothing else. Here are the logs

Game 1 crazymehh: fucking hell,hate playing against kayle crazymehh: tru crazymehh: hahaha crazymehh: fuck that champ crazymehh: so fucking cancer,her E is so fucking op crazymehh: sorry if I lose my lane crazymehh: HE FUCKING LEVEL UPPED crazymehh: see crazymehh: that's what I'm talking bout crazymehh: cancer fucking broken champ crazymehh: half hp gone crazymehh: alright crazymehh: so fuked champ crazymehh: i cant crazymehh: im not fighting,he puts his fucking iceberg between the minions and I get blocked by the minions and the iceberg crazymehh: they actually have two ults which make people immortal crazymehh: WOW crazymehh: RALLY crazymehh: lol why flash crazymehh: kayle's and camilles ult is actually so unfair kys crazymehh: kindred xd crazymehh: so fucking broken champ kys crazymehh: Shit like this makes me toxic crazymehh: lol crazymehh: bg crazymehh: kys kayle

this is the whole log,how did this deserve a perm ban,my team probably reported me,because I was doing really badly with yasuo. Can I have your guys opinion if this deserved a permanent ban? I already contacted riot support,but they haven't responded.

You are literally telling someone to kill themselves. How is that not encouraging self harm? In no situation is that acceptable. If you got a permanent ban you most likely already had punishments as well since on a punishment free history it would be a 14 day suspension.

yes,that is true,but how come any of the streamers don't get banned or pro players

Pro players can and have been sanctioned for chat tox, streamers can just smurf it up all day long.

Riot has a zero tolerance policy on encouraging self-harm, which that phrase definitely is. It results in at minimum a 14-day ban.

If your account has never been punished before you might be able to contact Player Support and request a downgrade to a 14-day ban, but I'm not sure how successful that would be.

Yeah,but I'm not really encouraging self farm,if I would have told him to "end his life pathetic little boy" that would have been different,I just said "kys" out of frustration,that was the only "toxic" thing I said the whole game,I wouldn't say that deserves a permanent ban,since I've seen many popular streamers say it in League/lobby etc

Yeah, don't rely on streamers for what is/isn't "Bannable" (as many of them have smurfs that they are entirely willing to sacrifice if it means getting more $/viewers in the longrun). I'm also confused as to what saying "kys" is expected to garner by saying, as worst case scenario (like everything else you say) they'll take it as a massive life-threatening offense while best case scenario they'll say "oh, he's saying 'keep yourself safe'" followed by reporting anyways.

Yeah,I saw grossgore telling someone to kys and then said "I said keep yourself safe" is that like a loophole or smth?

Nope. Everyone knows what it actually means, and if he was reported for it the system will catch him.

That being said, grossgore getting reported for saying "kys" would be the least of the problems, considering he's the same guy who tried to out an LCS caster as a %%%% (something that eventually led to the caster's retirement).

I don't think there's much argument in saying that ONE way of telling someone to kill themselves is somehow okay.

"oh my goodness i am laughing so hard" vs "lol". They mean almost the exact same thing. Using one vs the other does not mean you haven't told someone to kill themselves.
