i said "fucking brand" to the enemy brand because he killed me,that isn't toxic.

I said "end it" for them to destroy the nexus I said "reported" to enemy nasus by joke for saying kys

Seriously, stop discussing your past punishments, stop being negative, and stop giving up ("end it").

The system picks up on certain words that are bannable regardless of context, as they have no non toxic contextual value.

It is ironic that you call someone dumb when you managed to get two accounts banned, for the same thing, in less than a day.

So if I were to tell someone "You shouldn't tell people to kys" I would get an automatic, un-overturnable permanent ban despite my years of playing the game and money poured into the game? That sounds like a very unwise system, because there are non toxic uses of the phrase, when you're talking about the phrase itself rather than saying the phrase TO someone. And I can only imagine how many people said it as a joke to a friend

You said it three times. If you knew that was the word/phrase that got you your ban, why'd you say it again?

Further, this log is toxic even if we don't look at those three lines - you constantly talk about your punishment and you try to get your team to give up by telling the enemy to just end it. You likely would've been punished if that behavior is continuous across games too.

Using certain phrases such as hate speech and phrases that encourage suicide are bannable because they have absolutely no place in League whatsoever in any context.

There is absolutely no place in League where "kill yourself" is appropriate.

He didnt "encourage suicide". He didnt tell anyone to do it. Its obvious it wasnt directed at anyone. Kind of like just saying the word "suicide" isnt offensive or demeaning to anyone

There's no place in league where saying that directed at someone is appropriate, however should you really be permanantly banned for saying something like "You shouldn't say kys dude." That's saying "kys". Also saying it in a completely nontoxic way. And very possible for innocent players to get banned over.

Generally speaking, if someone is directly quoting another player and trying to diffuse the situation, Riot has looked at and in some cases reduced/removed the punishments.

However, in this case, OP wasn’t directing it at someone, but they also weren’t quoting someone else. They were using the phrase as part of larger toxicity which consists of discussing their prior punishments instead of playing the game.

I wouldn't be completely confident in their ability to overturn an undeserved ban, when I've seen a few situations where they have confirmed an account was hacked when it solicited a permanent ban and admitted that confirmation, but refused to overturn the ban for the original owner of the account that was innocent of misconduct

Those cases are generally due to the player not keeping their account secure. If a player knowingly or willfully allows someone else to access their account, or if their account is hacked due to their own negligence, Riot doesn’t generally remove punishments received.

It all depends on the case by case situation whether it’s likely to get overturned or not - in this case it’s unlikely due to the other toxicity present in the chat.

They just have computers scan for words and phrases and scorelines then the computers ban people. And we all know people who use computers to do everything are kappa pride. There is 0 context taken into account for bans.

Even on the boards, my main account is boards banned for responding to a person who stalked me and trolled every post I would ever make using multiple accounts. Riot never did anything to protect me from the constant harassment from this boards troll. They just banned me for responding to the animal. Same thing goes in games. Just say fuck 5 times and ur banned for life.

Except that isn't true. That which can be asserted with out evidence can be dismissed with out evidence.

There isn't a context that isn't toxic for hate speech or encouraging self harm. It's a rather simple concept. There is a small list of words you can't use in game, and frankly out of game as well. I'm not sure why that is so difficult to comprehend, you literally only have to stop your fingers from typing them. It requires about the least amount of self control I can imagine.

You can't really stalk someone in the game, and you absolutely can't get banned just for saying "fuck" sometimes.

If you are being harassed on the boards, please come to us in the Moderation Discord so we have enough context from your perspective to see what's going on. Without that we might not be able to notice it the same way. What's your main account, again?

You arent taking your ban seriously. You enacted a considerable amount of verbal abuse in this chat-log and even said "kys". If you don't change your behavior then you WILL be banned permanently, and your IP may even be banned.

Also, any purchases you have made will not be refunded as you are only purchasing the "right" to use them. Your "rights" to use Riot's virtual merchandise will cease when you get permabanned.
