Do you think I deserve a chat ban?

This is my first chat ban (8 games) of course you can only see my side but I was a support Karma and because I took first blood (not maliciously, just happened with my empowered q) my adc started raging and pinging me like crazy. The adc and her friends reported me for toxicity. My kda was still good at the end while everyone else was either afk or doing poorly and I was told I was trolling and not trying. I did try. I can't believe I was actually chat banned. Never had that happen before and didn't even curse or threaten death or blame their mamas (like so very many others I have played with). Just asking for your opinion. Thanks.

Meh. By itself, It doesn't look worthy of punishment to me, unless you said something worse in the lobby before and/or after the game. If you had similar negative chat that got reported in previous games, though, it could add up to a chat ban. Don't tell your teammates to suffer. That might have caught the system's eye. Don't say you're trolling or doing anything else bad as sarcasm, because the system isn't going to be able to detect sarcasm.

Its not really possible to say in fair terms with just your chatlog alone. Under Riots system, yes it is deserved, but thats because Riot does not believe in context.

According to Riots rules, yes it was deserved. Personal opinion on what SHOULD be punished is another story. But yeah, you shoulda just left it at "mb". It's an easy way to diffuse selfish children who expect everyone to give them everything they want.
