Riot agreed that i am reformed

Once an account is permanently banned, the end goal is not reform, it is that account being banned. Up to that point, Riot encourages reform. If you make a new account and are well behaved, they will applaud you for it. They will not, however, give back a permanently banned account. That would take the gravity away from a permanent ban.

Yeah well,they told me that a permaban account is PERMABAN u cant get that accoun again (or atleas thats what RIOT Latin America told me)
