Behavior that should be changed but won't

League of legends is a fantastic game in it's concept regardless of unequaled balance changed from time to time. The ideas of farming and getting gold to get stronger in game and taking objectives deciding who wins the game or not is awesome. But it's always been just the community, the people of league that destroy the experience. One thing that really annoys me is that if at anytime, you play a champion that isn't played by pros at a certain position, you get all the hate from everyone and subject yourself to getting reported by multiple players and potentially getting punished from a huge amount of people reporting you for toxic behavior. But the idea being passed around how everyone should play a certain way or else get reported is stupid because a lot of ideas get thrown down the trash. If you were to play ziggs bot lane or wanted to play him bot lane, everyone and their mothers would tell you that you are a troll and explain their reasonings on why it is bad and will just let every reasoning you give them go from one ear and out the other because they think they are better than you and don't want to listen to your crazy ideas or think you are just a troll. But what really annoys me is that, once a pro or high elo player does what is not meta, everyone goes down on their knees and praises the new meta, accepting stuff like ohhhh yeah vi is not a top laner anymore, she is jungle and if you don't jungle with her then you are a troll now. Why the hell do low elo players need confirmation of higher elo players to play stuff that is not played in the current meta? I don't want to be a slave of just copying what pros do when I want to explore new things and if I do it then I get a lot of hate for it. I know people say meta is made for a reason, but does anyone notice that most people who play league are not playing at the most optimal skill level? It's like, if one day the lcs played a brand alistar bot lane combo, everyone would say it's legit and accept it as not troll, but if I were to do that then I'd get reported and have to endure the endless toxicity of the entire team. I understand that not every non meta pick is the most advantageous thing to do, but I mean are we all just subject to playing certain champs until balances are changed? I honestly just want everyone to stop with the whole toxic behavior or giving people crap in chat and reporting them just because they do something different as if they were intentionally feeding when they were probably trying their best to win their own way whether they win or not. But we all know, that behavior will never change. And it is that, that I say, league is a great game, but the people who play it just ruin it sometimes.
