A serious question, what is trolling?

Hi,

I play this game from season 6, I didn't had any warnings or ban account(s), maybe beacuse, most of the time, I'm not a chat warrior, in rare situations I do spam some chat, but not as a rule, but today, I encounterd a sitation that I see more and more frequent in my games, people acusing people of "trolling" - if the obvious situations I can understand, as in rundown mid, let yourself be killed, and similar no questions about it situations, I don't understand the sort of situation I was acused today, it to be me this time, but people are acusing people of trolling almost 1 every 3 game.

Since most of the time, i don't mind it, in this particular case, the person acusing me, was playing from Season 3, and was diamond untill season 6, then plat, point is, in theory, he should know what he was talking about, so that's the reason, that I come now to forum, to ask.. wth is trolling in league? The context, (as you can see for yourself in the short video below), i was going from nexus to mid lane, to help push it, since I was done pusihing my top (destroyed a riven, with smite...is that trolling?), by the time I got to the lane, the midlaner - LB - had engage in jungle, by the time I notticed it and was preparing to go there, she allready died. Right after, - and this pissed me off hard, the "arrogance authority" - "Troll one more time, and you can quit the game, won't repeat" -, beacause the message was so filled with arrogange, i replied "write one more time, and pretend i care this time" - futhermore, i spammed alive ping for the entire game on her, however this is besides the point, the thing that I want to know, **was that action, trolling? **

So, folks, tell me, what the hell is trolling in this game? If someone takes an action, that might not be the best or it could be the very worst, like going 1v5 into enemey beacause the player thinks he can, not beacasue he intends to feed, is that trolling? not playiing the game as someone else think it should, or perfectly, is that trolling? maybe not even doing the obvious things, sometimes you have a brain fart, is that trolling? What is this.. 'trolling" in league, I really, really, really, want to know.

As far as I can tell, lot of players are watching high division streamers, and they do acuse their teammates for "int"/troll" for things that are not obvious to lower divisions player, maybe in the very high elo, were players are expected to take most of the time, the best decisions, "trolling" can be obvious for the smaller of things, however... is that standard appliable to every division? If so... everyone in bronze (soon iron), are trolling every game.

So, if can someone tell me, what exactly is trolling, I would appricate any official links or statemants by the riot employee, I seriosly want to know, at last, what is trolling in league, is this sitation that I explained, and you can see for yourself trolling?

I don't consider that I "name&shame" that LB, beacause honestly, I don't know if she was right or not.
