Ranked Match ups

Hey, sorry but I couldn't find better suited board so I am using this one. I am gold 4 and like in many other games, I was just matched up with an unranked miss fortune and a silver 2 jarvan... needless to say they both fed and raged resulting in our defeat. Especially miss fortune was being such a kid, speaking in caps and making fun of us.. anyway, my point is that 1) Riot should make a sustem where you cant have an enemy or an ally above or below your tier. So gold paired up with gold, silver with silver etc.. and 2) It's like Riot is testing us and even wanting us to just flip out one day and start flaming or go afk, getting us banned. I know that probably isn't the case but I can't help but feel it's really unfair that I always get a really bad team or a toxic one. Why am I playing with unranked players which are 3 tiers below me but not with lets say a platinum one thats just 1 tier above me. I am trying really hard to climb but for every normal or even good team there are 3 bad ones.. Also, after the game most of the players leave or forget to report so my 1 report wont do anything to them. I have even made the all - chat not show up to not get in the temptation to type.
