... i just got my account suspended and its not fair.,.... i spend all this time and effor to make this a goosd acc and they fcking took it,... im. i got my warning and i didnt flame agauin. now it was my gold 3 promos and let me tell you what happened. please hear me out thi is not fair please...........this disgusting player was in out team and he was mid. out otplaner asked him if he could piclk him yasuo and he agreed. then, he told our toplaner to go malphite and so he did. then he did not accept the trade and when the game started he started laughing and said: you thought i was gonna trade with you? .... all game long he continued to flame and being toxic. my adc, xayah, was also flaming me for some reason that i dont understand.... they were both so toxic and all i did was tell the enemy team to report them for ruining my promos... this is NOT FAIR. i ve spent so much time into this account and oits jsut not fair that these toxic people can do that to me. look at the chat log:

i know i should have mutyed and played but i jsut couldnt. i just couldnt. i just cant . this is not fair. i ve been so calm for so damn long and now they jsut pushed me over the edge.i cant. i get perma banned cause of these 2 toxic people ?? this is jsut not fiar. im human, i cant be an angel. i get suspended for being a human being? i just cant even...phhhh if u are gonna give me this in my promos , how do uexpect me to stay calm. and i did stay calm. i just. these people cant do that to me. 2 people report me and i get perma banned becuase i was standing up for my toplaner and myslef in my promos? they were telling enemy team to report me and i HAD TO type too and explain so they dont. i was afraid xause i had already gotten my warning so i wanted to make it clear that i wasnt being the toxic one , as xayah said. please help me get it back and if its that neseceerry i ll just have chat logs disabled and never type again in my life. please make this so rioters or smone can see this and give me my acc back. this jusdt isnt fair. 2 toxic people have the power to do this? i know you will say its not about them and about what i said but im human. i cant stand there being accused and not explainging things os i dont get reported and banned for no reason. i beg you give my acc back

edit: this weird stuff i say in the beginning with on no and dont do it wer cause enemy was about to pick my thresh so nothing toxic there, but riot cant tell that without context so .... also at the end i was typing that stuff after they had all leaved the lobby so i was jsut writing that for fun... but again, riot appearently cant have contect so there goes all my hardwork, my effort, my support to the community , even my money... this is unaceptable and most of all not fair. i beg u give me back my account. i care about it too much. i dont even care if you ban the other 2 cause they wont care about it if they troll in ranked just for fun. im so tilted..... this isnt fair

No, you got permanently banned because you apparently didn’t listen to your warning and you thought it was acceptable to harass and flamed someone for literally an entire game.

i defended myself and malphite. i just slipped up and i know i shoudl have just muted the two toxic players who have been flamingme all game long. im sure u think im a toxic person and good for you, u are just as good as the 2 most toxic guys i ve ever seen in this community that apparently have the power to ban me. this is jsut torture. they made me boi and boil and i couldnt take it anymore, i slipped up, im human. and i got perma banned for it. at lewast get me banned because im flaming them for being bad players or smth, this is unacceptable after the effor that i ve put into this game, this is how they treat me back.

Yasuo trolled your team. That sucks. But it also sucks when someone can't let things go and starts writing half a novel in the in-game chat about this issue. It won't resolve anything.

The reform card [14-day-ban] clearly informed you about the consequences - you were on thin ice. It's possible to drop some punishment levels but therefore you need to show positive behaviour over a longer period of time (estimates on the boards sometimes start around 2-3 months).

come on....and for saying 2 or 3 swear words that were supposted to be a joke and not toxic??

There was way more wrong with your chatlog - if you want I can break it down a bit.

Okay, maybe it would be a good thing to take a break from games for a bit bud. Not only do you have no idea or understanding on why people don't like playing video games with people like you, but it really seems like your perspective overall is... pretty skewed. This is not torture. It's Riot removing a player who 1) broke the rules, and 2) makes it hard for people to enjoy playing their game. Try volunteering somewhere for a bit with your new free time. That might actually help you in-game as well, since you'd be gaining some much needed perspective.

Hey dude, I'm brand new to the game, and I get people flipping out at me all the time. Probably at least half my games. Do you want to know how many times I've responded like this? Zero. Sometimes I mute them, sometimes I report them. I never do this. Most people that experience flaming and trolling (100% of players have experienced that) do not respond like this. Beyond putting your account at risk for punishment, it's also EXACTLY THE REACTION THAT TROLLS WANT. It's weird that people don't get that. If they are trolling you, they want you to flip out. When you flip out, you give them exactly the reaction they want. So you made the trolls happy, and also you got your account banned. That's a lose - lose decision.

i know, thats why i am mad. and i never flame someone for being bad. NEVER. nor do i ever go afk, nor have i EVER in my seven years of playing have i trolled. not even once. i have not even surrendered. i know i fell into their trap and thats why i said its torture. i lose my time, my promos, my game and i make the trolls happy, and i get perma banned and they probably dont get banned, AND its them who perma banned me, the digenerates that ruined my gamer and my day and probably my month because of this feking perma ban. after my first warning i even watch a video on youtube: how not to swear so much..... im sure that the swear words i said out of context were confused by the system and taken into account so they thought i was being toxic when i was clearly joking around, and at the ned i was making a ritorical question, i wasnt typing kys or being threatening at all, although i was out loud flaming at the screen to blow off steam. appearently the troll and toxic players have the power to make us all get banned. if you have ever seen the dark knight, its exactly like that guy who the joker made into a villain. the bad guys win. always. and the bad thing is i wont even get it back even if riot understands my points and sees context because thats how their '' rules'' are. this is so unfair. whatever, i wont bother anymore.... oh and onje more thing, riot said on the text i got: ''...everyone deserves respect on the rift..." are you kidding me.... this is just getting me madder and more tilted. thats just. not . fair. i cant strech this enough

That's why I keep telling you that maybe this is good, and you should use this opportunity to try and get a little perspective - ideally away from the game for a bit.

i understand your points: 1 and 2 but first, the ''learn to play'' was refering to this convertation: i told malph to go full ap cause we were losing hard and typed in all caps for him to read it, to stand out... not for being toxic. then xayah swiped in and said'' ARE YOU STUPID? FULL AP MALPH? IDIOT. ONLY R'' after just having flamed me again ( and i forgot i had all caps on) i said ITS NEW BUILD LEARN HOW TO PLAY...... your 4th point i cna understand, and i really have changed but its just.... i dont even care about the money i have spent in this, but the time. i ve been playing for like 6 or 7 years and worked hard to get rewards, champions, my rank and everything. its not fair man..... they cant expect me to stay calm forever... for like a month i tried hard and didnt flame at all and in my promos i got heated becuase of these 2 toxic players and slipped... i didnt even flame hard, or flame for that matter. i think 1) the things i said pre game and after the game " FOR FUN" was taken completelly seriously by riots system and played a big part in my suspention. and 2) that perma bans should be decided by 3 game chats, not just one.. say that i didnt get suspenbded now. say that i continued to stay calm somehow for 2 more years. if i slipped up once then and for one game in the 10000 i flamed and got reported, i would get my account perma banned? this isnt fair bro. it jsut isnt. i know im reallly whining right now but this is just how it feels

Right, but like, if - by your own admission - you can't even hold yourself to that standard for more than a few weeks at a time, how on earth can you 1) expect not to be punished, or 2) claim you're reformed and changed? Like sure, you say you've changed now, but what happens when your next promo game goes poorly? Would that be "just another slip up"? Obviously this isn't the first punishment you've had for this sort of behavior. I'm sure every time you think okay, don't do that again, don't want to get in trouble. It seems like you need to work on putting this game in perspective and learning some self-control before trying to return. You can't just break the rules, get punished, and then beg and plead about how you've changed. You have to actually change, and demonstrate that change. You can do that in the game by starting a new account, and then not doing this kind of stuff. Ever. Like most players do.

i get that, before i didnt just slip up, i was being toxic to players and think it wouldnt result in me getting punished because i was stupid. after my first 2 week account suspention though i gained some perspective and decided not to flame anymore. this was jsut a slip up and since its my first actual slip up , i didnt get a chance to not slip up again. just taken out as soon as it happened. this could have been prevented if they had dat least 2 chat logs from different games were i flamed, to make sure it wasnt target report or just a slip up you get 3 chat logs before banning chat for 1 week, but 1 before perma banning? this doesnt make sense. its like the biggest punishment you can get. at least make it FAIR

Riot is a private company. They have control over who is and who is not allowed to play their games. Tbh, you whined in game, and now you're whining on the forums. They could ban you just because nobody likes to play games with whiners. They have that right. You have no right to play their game. League of Legends is not a human right. I'm sorry man, but if you're looking for sympathy, I've got none. It is fair. You were toxic, then you got punished, then you couldn't even hold yourself to a higher standard for a month without "slipping up." That says way more about you than it does about Riot or its punishment system.

I mean, this is a matter of how the game's programmed. It's kind of lame how it seems that once you get into promos that's when the game seems to match you up with a bunch of trolls and against a bunch of boosters and smurfs, but you have to just shut up and deal. Get autofilled? Pick something safe and reliable that you at least have some experience with, and don't be too bummed if you lose, and take a win as a nice bonus. Even if your teammates troll you, it's simply unwise to rage about it in the chat, especially so early into the match, using all caps and all chat. You'll get a lot more people punished by muting all and reporting with a detailed explanation after the match. I'm almost certain that when people type "report" in all chat the game recognizes this and ignores the reports and instead flags that person as a toxic player. I've never once gotten an instant feedback report telling me a player I reported was punished after begging other players to report them. It kind of gives the impression that you're trying to frame that person and get a false positive out of a sheer quantity of reports rather than a fair representation.
