on the 14th day do i just get unbanned or does the number usually go down with a count?

The number does not update as time passes. The ban expires after the 14th day. If there is a time stated, it refers to Pacific Time.

Why can't he get back to honor 2 by end of season? If he's honorable in every game, it goes up faster.
