( any use of smoking is automatically upholds the rating of the game, so no riot your game(s) are not rated T. the word that is %%%%%= (and are you ready) is N I B B A. meaning nibbler, dont worry i got screen shots and everything. banning me for a made up league lingo is dumb

Go ahead, contact your lawyer. Then show him the ToU you agreed to before you downloaded this game. Watch him laugh at you so hard and ignore you for wasting his time.

This punishment, however... IS SO WELL DESERVED. Riot won't be showing up in court because they already won.

I like it when people get banned for abusing their teammates and trying to tell them how to play, especially when it is trash ADCs who cant handle a support being better than them. Support gets a little easier with each one removed.

You signed a legally binding agreement that forfeits all rights to a refund, and that you do not own any of the digital items you purchase from riot.

Not to mention it would cost way more than 500$ to take this to court, where you would probably be taken out with the trash.

And how many people have read every law that exists in their country? Not knowing laws/rules does not excuse from following them. It is your responsibility to know what you are allowed and what not allowed to do. Riot gave you all tools you need to know that.

getting banned for zero reason and having a company completely take your money is a rip off, having a "commUNITY" were people chose to go at each others throats over playing the game. now i only report inters cuz thats just boring and a waste of time( i dont int me and my supp have the same kd for a reason(the enemy bot lane plus help from jungler was just overall godly) ive had toxic teams every game since i started rank, and i mean every game, there isnt a single game were toxicness isnt leaked, cuz thats just what this game does to people, (mostly the lack of balance but hey thats all riot) if the ping system was improved and chat was taken out think how much people would stop getting their sissy feelings hurt, not one time have i "killed my self" due to many(many) people throwing it in chat, and not one time have i reported them cuz its a game and i can move on with my life knowing theres always another team in another match. and this kind of chat is allowed since in the game there is killing, and game is rated M (graves has a cigar)Smoking is 18 up in NA) so either the rating changes or there needs to be better terms and conditions. my overall point is grow a pair. verbal abuse on this game isnt real, there is a mute button learn to use it.

Oh, really? Let's count the reasons...

Reason 1: Racism. The N word is considered part of the zero tolerance policy that Riot has implemented.

DeLaSmexy: its a gg DeLaSmexy: gg

Reason 2: Negative attitude, giving up that early in the game doesn't help your team, nor does that attitude.

DeLaSmexy: 0-10 bot its been over dummy

Reason 3: Insulting your teammates.

DeLaSmexy: worst part is i called this in champ, i aint even being toxic just saying the truth DeLaSmexy: i said it in champ therefore someone else dodges

Reason 4: Admitting your negative attitude even before the game started. I guess this could really be in Reason 2, but I view this is a seperate, but equally actionable offense.

Reason 5: Unsportsmanlike remark... I always report for this.

i dont see the n word, and if you do then i now i see the racist (a nibbler is someone who nibbles, ie a rat, a supp whos taking my last hits), spelling matters. and im a realist call it how you see it when you know you are 4 aint no that 10 going out with same when their team had 4 pogs, you can just tell whos winning and whos losing, pogs are real, and they are really annoying to play against. i was adc and my "supp" was 0-5 with me atm ( not duo'd random sona who thinks she can carry) and i can win the sue. trust.

"I'm not toxic, just telling the truth", that is not a valid argument. If someone goes 0/5 in 5 mean that does mean they play bad, but calling them bad is still a toxic behaviour.

You agree or don't, does not matter. Also, as mentioned before, if you are that toxic in a second game after your 14 days ban, it is entirely your fault.

Interesting, but it doesn't matter what you consider toxic. What Riot considers toxic does. It's their game, you knew what you signed up for, if you didn't, your fault.

Simple as that.

Permabans aren't just for the most severe offenders, they are also for frequent offenders who show Riot that they have no intention of changing their behavior. Punishments are given in an escalating fashion, with each offense earning you the next harshest punishment. The last punishment before a permaban is a 14 day ban, which the OP has received and only just got off of it today. They have only played 2 games since their 14 day ban ended, and they are already back to unacceptable behavior (especially with the hate speech), so I'd say this does deserve a permaban.

Anything that is censored on the boards is most likely some form of hate speech, which is Riot has zero tolerance for. Now, while I don't know exactly what it is (though I can take a guess), don't try to lie and say it is nibbler. We can clearly see that the word only has 5 letters, so we know it cannot be nibbler, as that has 7 letters.

Since it is censored, I don't know what you spelled, so I can only guess. What I do know, though, is that the boards only censor extremely offensive words, mainly hate speech.

Now, while I may not 100% know exactly what is spelled there, I do know it is not nibbler. If you don't want to go by the number of letters, fine. How about we go by the fact that the word nibbler has not been censored in anyone's comments, and yet the word in your chat logs is. The chat logs you receive in the League client are not censored at all, so anything that is censored when you copy/paste the chat logs here is what the boards censor. Since we know that the boards do not censor the word "nibbler," we can then conclude that the censored word in your chat logs is not nibbler.

So, like I said don't try to lie by saying that censored word is nibbler. We know that it's not.

Okay, now we are getting somewhere. At no point before this did you say that you spelled it like that, which is why when you said the censored word was nibbler, I was left to assume you were saying you spelled the full word, not just a slang version.

With that aside, I have literally never seen anyone use this word before, however doing a little google search, I can see that n-i-b-b-a is used all across the internet as an alternative spelling for the real racial slur, specifically designed to get around censors. I don't know why you used this as slang for nibbler, but it obviously didn't work. I mean, there is absolutely no context in your chat logs that pointed to you meaning to call him a nibbler instead of the n-word, so can you at least see where others, including Riot, would misinterpret what you say you meant?

Oh, and on a side note:

Like I said before, the word you used is used in many places across the internet as a replacement for the n-word so people don't get censored or possibly banned from whatever site they are using, so this is definitely not "made up league lingo."

all ive learned is that cod has the same amount of violence and not one person has been banned from the game with pure rage and racism in their voice chats and people dont give a hoot cuz its just a game, witch also has a mute system. this games leans towards "teens" while all the pro players are adults plus twitch streamers are older people with more m-rated behavior, if T1 can get unbanned then ive never shoulda been banned on bs.

Different games have different policy severity, you are not to compare on how both games fare their punishments. You literally just finished your 14 days suspension a few days ago, and you refused to reform even a simple bit.
