( any use of smoking is automatically upholds the rating of the game, so no riot your game(s) are not rated T. the word that is %%%%%= (and are you ready) is N I B B A. meaning nibbler, dont worry i got screen shots and everything. banning me for a made up league lingo is dumb

Go ahead, contact your lawyer. Then show him the ToU you agreed to before you downloaded this game. Watch him laugh at you so hard and ignore you for wasting his time.

This punishment, however... IS SO WELL DESERVED. Riot won't be showing up in court because they already won.

Reason 1: Racism. The N word is considered part of the zero tolerance policy that Riot has implemented.

DeLaSmexy: its a gg DeLaSmexy: gg

Reason 2: Negative attitude, giving up that early in the game doesn't help your team, nor does that attitude.

DeLaSmexy: 0-10 bot its been over dummy

Reason 3: Insulting your teammates.

DeLaSmexy: worst part is i called this in champ, i aint even being toxic just saying the truth DeLaSmexy: i said it in champ therefore someone else dodges

Reason 4: Admitting your negative attitude even before the game started. I guess this could really be in Reason 2, but I view this is a seperate, but equally actionable offense.

Reason 5: Unsportsmanlike remark... I always report for this.

Conclusion: Ban deserved.

Advised Course of Action: Leave and never come back.

I like it when people get banned for abusing their teammates and trying to tell them how to play, especially when it is trash ADCs who cant handle a support being better than them. Support gets a little easier with each one removed.

You signed a legally binding agreement that forfeits all rights to a refund, and that you do not own any of the digital items you purchase from riot.

Not to mention it would cost way more than 500$ to take this to court, where you would probably be taken out with the trash.

"I'm not toxic, just telling the truth", that is not a valid argument. If someone goes 0/5 in 5 mean that does mean they play bad, but calling them bad is still a toxic behaviour.

You agree or don't, does not matter. Also, as mentioned before, if you are that toxic in a second game after your 14 days ban, it is entirely your fault.
