Please respond to my ticket.

Riot handles a large volume of tickets daily. It may be a couple days before they get back to you. For example, my most recent ticket received a response after two days... but that's not always a guarantee. I've also waited four days for a response. It will vary depending on their backlog.

Also, "speak(ing) down" to Riot does not mean you will receive a harsher punishment. I have submitted tickets where I was frustrated with an issue and used my ticket as an outlet for that frustration (which was wrong of me), and I was still treated respectfully.

this doesn't expedite anything it actually makes it more likely that you'll recieve a harsh punishment if you speak down to the company

They will always answer tickets.
