Would I get banned for using this website and playing this build in a normal game even if I try to win with the builds it provides you

Ultimate Bravery is generally something done in a custom game with every player following the same set of rules. Personally I wouldn't try it in a normal game, but that's just me.
AFAIK, you can't get banned if you're still trying to win with the build it gives you, but you're going to be at a serious disadvantage with it.

The build itself probably will not get you punished if you truly are trying to win. However, then ensuing flame that is sure to come may get SOMEONE punished if you try this is normal or god forbid ranked. Do it in bots or custom.
