i bought fiddle sticks but yet I lost no IP. As much as I hate to report this bug, its a bug

It happens but it's only a visual bug, you did spend the IP. You won't be able to buy anything with the IP. It's just a client bug, if you restart your client, it'll fix itself.

There's just a small delay, it will fix itself in a matter of minutes.
