Racist language used in a non-racist context

TLDR: I got suspended for 14 days because I used racist terms in a non-racist context.

Context: N.B. My quotations might not be the exact sentences I said (there might be msising articles). If someone knows where I can access the chat that was used by the bot for the suspension, let me know so I can post it.

I was palying Lucian in an ARAM (with a friend), someone killed me and, as a joke, I said to the ennemy team "Why did you kill a black?" "Why do you hate black people?" Later on, one of my teamate said in our chat that he didn't like "%%%%%%s" so I replied "Am I a real %%%%%%, or am I a troll %%%%%%?" because what I said earlier was simply a joke and not an insult/racist statement.

Even when I used the word "%%%%%%", it wasn't as an insult; it was simply to state that my earlier statement was merely a joke as in he should take it lightly.

Then, at the end of the game, we were pushed at our spawn point/nexus and we were trying to save our nexus but someone on our team gave up and kinda watched us die. After we died, he decided to go in and die. I then used 4-5 MIA pings on him as to ask why he didn't go in at the same same time as us.

In the post game lobby, the same player (the one I MIA pinged, not the guy who told me he didn't like "%%%%%%s") said "You suck Lucian" (or something along those lines).

So, in conclusion, I probably got reported because of those aggresive pigns towards the end of the game but the bot registered the word "%%%%%%" and gave me a 14day suspension.

IF I remember correctly, the last time i got a disciplinary action towards my account was about 2 years ago and it was a simple chat restriction.

P.S. I already sent a support ticket, I will probably send others so a human person can check into this situation and explain to me what is it that warrants a 14 day suspension. P.P.S. Can someone show me/explain me where to find the in-game chat log that was used for the ban? So I have the exact words that were used towards my suspension.

Thank you for reading this,

A fellow casual player.

Riot holds a zero tolerance policy on the use of racist language, regardless of context. It's a 14 day suspension minimum from the game.

The entirety of this feels unnecessary. What it comes down to is that racial slurs aren't meant to be tolerated. That's it. You can sugar coat your nonsense all you want, but if you deliberately use a racial slur, you voluntarily throw your account in shark infested waters. This shouldn't even need to be argued.

There is no reason for you to use that word. Just don't.

In the past the n-word was used to degrade a group of people, to Show that they are Wörth less. It's Just Not appropriat to use it in what ever way.

I've been fired from a job by using n%%%a, even though it was used in a joking form with co-workers. That language does not fly anywhere. (unless you're black for some reason...)

Only in a perfect world, but in this one, hate rules over all.

Someone always going to be mad over something, even if they weren't apart of it in any way.

I heard a black rapper say that racism is still here, but he's not mad about it or going to hate people who are racist or try to change them in anyway.

Instead he said he would just be a good and decent person and hope one day they change their minds.

What actually happens is racism triggers more white people and people get violent and hateful over words.
