Perma Chat ban?

So,

• Most players have bad games
• 99% Of ranked players have a game they rage at
• 100% of people who don't ranked, don't know this.
• What if instead of perma-banning people who type as a problem get a permaCHAT ban instead of burning their account?

Because, isn't AFKer's, intentional feeding, trolling and just about anything else the **REAL **problem?

Oh, I guess it would cost money to have ACTUAL people sift through reports to figure that out (No wait, we had that, it was done by the community) So I guess they don't do it because it EARNS THEM MONEY TO BAN ACCOUNTS.
