So ya I reported a guy for hate speech pre game lobby and post game lobby, submitted a ticket and this was about a week ago.. Well he is still playing today. I thought riot had ZERO tolerance for hate speech? sigh I'm no longer gona report anyone no more. I used in game reporting and I even submitted a ticket with a screen shot. Sad sad

It means automatic punishment. If you do it a lot, you will get banned. If you do it once, you probably start with a 25 game chat restrict, but again, I don't know for sure, and neither do you. In my opinion, this is not a reason to never report anymore. I mean, at least base that on a value or principle. Something meaningful. You're gonna stop reporting out of spite because this guys still playing? Just seems petty and childish, in my opinion. Not saying you ARE petty or childish, that's just my perspective here.

If it's hate speech, then it should be escalated to a 14 day ban.
To the OP. If you have screenshots of the pre and post game, then I suggest making a ticket and sending them if you really think the player didn't get punished.

KVbqbFsC8e1 votesThat is how it works via the automated system, but because pre/postgame chat requires a manual review, its entirely possible that the person was chat restricted or even not punished at all.

I just got trolled by a hate speech-ing intentional feeder who ran it down mid for 20 deaths....but of course nothing happens. Though if you say something like ...please stfu and stop being an ass to me, im trying my best! that is 14 day to permaban worthy for just 1 game.
