Is it fair ???

Firstly please do not take this as me being argorant or jerk for doing this for whatever reason, i hope i can covey that i am only posting a discussion perhaps to better understand the situation or to get mutiltiple views on this from the community.

That being said, i have received a response back from an offical and here it states:

The thing with a permanent suspension is that they are only placed for negativity when we feel that an account is beyond the point of ever reforming. Should such a reformation now have happened then it is now too little too late.

As this account had ruined the game experience for others we will have to remain firm in our stance against it. You can read more on this policy below -

He/she were professional not a demeaning or rude response back which is really appreciative. Most customer care services are downright "fuck off attitude", anyway a little context can be seen in my other post " perma ban " by Old Testament Right now the point of this is to understand why I was not given a three strike system or perhaps a warning or caution before judgement. I (my account) was deemed as beyond reforming which i feel is a little unfair because I was unaware my words were in violation of the "code of conduct", i mean from normal blind picks, bronze 5, , silver 5 I have had countless experiences of others harassing me or harassing others in the game and post game lobby. Yet I never took the time to report because I was doubtful about the whole report system (if it really even existed). I have heard people say "no skin? reported", "ks? reported" etc etc almost anything you can be thought of was reported so i reasoned besides the leaver buster tribunal system was a fictional thing to keep people humane on league. This is my first moba game or any game i took seriously enough to devote time too.

Least with the leaver buster when you afk the time to re-que is increments from 5 to 20 minutes (as far as i know) after multiple afk warnings ,but with my perma ban it was straight execution. Smited 7000+ true dmg. I was not given any chat restrictions any one day or two day or any time off suspension, simply put i was deemed as un-reformable (not a word just for jist of the meaning). Yet some streamers like (Tyler1) (no offence fan of his draven games) get warnings and suspension on multiple accounts before a perma-ban. I thought instant-perma bans were a league folklore. I feel i was not given given a chance to reform because I was not made aware that I have used up my strikes.

I don't feel it was fair. Some of taken the God role and chose to send a fire-bolt. We all mess up and I am sorry for my words (purely out of frustration and anger) but I feel it was a death sentence without trial. Even one warning or one suspension would have showed me the changed i would need to take.

It has been said that using "hate speech" can make you skip tiers of punishment.

I don't necessarily agree that what you have provided in another post constitutes for an immediate permaban, I will say that I think it does constitute some punishment. In all honesty, it's probably your use of the word "f*@g" that got you banned, while streamers like Tyler get multiple punishments. It could also be that your account was viewed by a Riot employee and they decided to ban you, I know that has happened before, example can be found here. I would suggest that you send in a support ticket, see what they can do. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Howdy. I don't normally post on the forums but this ban seems pretty harsh if it is indeed a first time punishment.

I read these forums a lot and have seen kids put up way worse chat logs then the one you just showed so this was probably reviewed manually by riot.

You used "naughty" words that are considered by riot to be extremely offensive and riot does reserve the right to ban your account indefinitely if it so desires. It basically a refusal to serve a customer like all shops and restaurants can enforce as well. Here in Australia if you piss off a major retailer for eg. Target they can refuse you entry into any of their stores nationally.

However they would most likely only do that if you committed a major crime in the store. Eg assaulting a staff member.

You using the language and terms in you chat is no where near as extreme as this and probably should only receive a chat restriction or worst case, 2 week ban to let you know you stuffed up.

I do hope you sort this out and are not lying about you chat logs because if a riot employee (looking at you riot tantrum) does review this he may show us more then what you have said so far.

Comparing yourself to Tyler1 isn't going to help. The dude is banned for life now and is one of the single most hated players of all time. You did something worthy of a ban. And FOR CERTAIN did it. You were at fault, you did say those things and your doubt of whether the system worked or not has been lifted.

Thank you for your comments and understanding, i have put everything i had recieved and made aware off on the table, believe me when i say this but awhile back i was accidently speeding in a 50 kmh zone, i was going at 65 cause it was downhill, officer pulled me over and told me what i had done, i didnt argue i owned up to it and that i didnt check my speedometer, the officer seeing its my first ever offence(clean slate since my liscense issued) gave me a warning and left. Point being if i am at fault after numerous warnings then i will accept my fate 100 percent. Similar everything i have provided is complete nothing tampered with. I just would like to know why it was instant perma ban.
