Hello fellow summoners, I got perma banned on my only account, I didn’t think such a day ever would come where: I'd be banned for my behavior, where id post on this board, but here I am. By nature I am not an evil guy but what I did was wrong and in some ways I see the effectiveness of the tribunal system. I guess this day in particular I was on edge, having just finished exams (excited for couple of good league games) and seeing that the season will come to an end soon (having started in silver this season which is my first season I wanted to finish in something a little higher) I wanted to win. Anyway I que up for my series game with top and mid selected, in lobby I have darius as the champion I would like to play selected when our jungler vi bans him (he was right after me so no excuse of not seeing my darius pick). So my anger boiled because this isn’t the first of second or even third time this has happened to me. No apology no words nothing from this Vi, pretty much acts like no fucks given. Game starts I select Draven top in intention to troll (lets be honest) but in lane I decide to play (vs pantheon). Game progresses as it does vi has given first blood and I believe second , bot lane cant farm and mid doesn’t push wave as opponent midlaner roams. Game progresses and I start getting camped (understandable I mean I am a squishy top lane) but this vi does nothing to help nor has not given me any sort of apology and thus floodgates open: Game 1 Old Testament: when they ban the champ u want to play....i had him up too Old Testament: hopefully u invade this jgler Old Testament: tired of %%%s like this vi Old Testament: my bad karthus on the mia ping nothing against u Old Testament: yay Old Testament: i wanted was darius Old Testament: vi is dumb mexican Old Testament: u still trash vi Old Testament: blind fk Old Testament: for what Old Testament: u know what i dc i mean ur an ignorant son of bitch for bannin my champ when u clearly saw him in lane Old Testament: i did blind fk Old Testament: why do u talk so much vi u fked up this game period. These all the stuff I got back from my ban card as being reviewed and considered offensive. Yes it is ugly but let me say the vi wasn’t a quiet lamb either. I wish I had some of the stuff he said here to post but that’s beside the point, here after my account gets instant perma banned with no warnings or chat restrictions from the past (least from my recollection, if there was point that someone could look up and bring to my attention that would be helpful but being my first ranked season I have no memory of previous warning or chat restrictions which I am sure of). I have received and heard about more horrendous flamming on league which i have not taken the time to report because at the end of the day I am going to remeber what you said for like 2 mintues and you and what you said means nothing to me . Anyways so my first account banned permanently without warnings or restrictions. x1000 I guess my goals of this post is to first say I’m sorry and if the vi jungler reads this I hope he or she learns that if you had given me my sorry I would have calm down and would have proceeded with a normal game, but you had not which made me think either your troll or arrogant (fill in the word as you like) purposely trying to ruin it for me.All I wanted was sorry maybe I didn’t see that u had darius idk something along those lines would sufficed.

Secondly I want to say sorry to the league community because what I did was ruin a game experience for others and sort of attack a community which I have no hatred what so ever for (his name was el "something"-- seeing el I figured he/she from Latin descent idk I was being stupid). I have nothing against any community those that know me in person can confirm that easily.

Third reason I am posting this here is to hear your thoughts, constructive would helpful. Was I deserving the full blow without warning or restrictions (none what so ever)? What should I do next? I DO FEEL TERRIBLE FOR MY WORDS which I am sincerely sorry for, and I made that clear as possible with support tickets. I hope to be given a second chance or a lighter punishment because this has been my wake up call. I shall wait and see what happens there. thanks for your time, have a good day, and remember to stay calm, mute the person if that’s what it takes it’s not worth it, especially if you don’t have multiple accounts.

The permaban most likely came as a result of the hate-speech. Using the word %%%, as well as calling Vi a "dumb mexican" will count as both homophobic and racial slurs, both of which are judged quite harshly by Riot. They can escalate a punishment into a permaban without passing through a chat restriction or a 14 day suspension.

As you've filed a support ticket, you can wait to hear back from Support, but in cases of behavioral ToS violations, bans are rarely overturned. It might be easier to simply create a new account, and take the lesson you have learned from this into that new account, and not make this mistake in the future.

I'm not going to read all these paragraphs you took your time to create, since only the chat logs are what's important that led to your permaban.

According to your chat logs, you were calling names, berating your teammates, & just plain rude unsportsmanlikeship. The permaban was deserved.

Ban's aren't lifted unless RIOT was incorrect in giving you the ban or your account was compromised.

Sorry, but do the crime and pay the time.

Nobody made you do anything, your behavior is up to you completely and without exception. Vi is in no way responsible for your behavior. It is you and you alone. You chose to be toxic, you chose to tilt your team, you chose to post racially charged comments. If you were truly sorry about the incident you would admit fault and not make excuses such as these. This type of excuse indicates you will just blame someone else for your toxicity in the future.

I have nothing to do with repealing bans, I am just calling them like I see them.

No, the insults are not hate speech. But %%% and dumb mexican are homophobic and racist, respectively. As many of us have said previously, it's probably not the insults that resulted in the ban. Those are very minor, all things considered, and probably not worthy of more than a chat restriction. The old tribunal system would have been fairly lenient with them most likely. But the hate speech tends to escalate things.

Here's a copy of the two sections of the terms of use that deal specifically with Virtual Goods.

Buyer protection does not apply, because they are not your possessions. And by agreeing to the terms of service, you are specifically agreeing that you do NOT own the skins and other virtual goods that you have bought with RP. You are only paying for the right to access it.

mhm i understand what I did was wrong, but you know when the times when you blurt stuff out of anger no evil intentions just frustration, annoyance fused together, I wish I had received a suspension of some sorts i mean this was my first season and first account probably my last, a suspension would have taught me what i get now minus the sadness idk thanks for your input nonetheless and im hoping for an appeal
