Today I had a ranked game in which my team's riven ended up 1-15 and at the end of the game the only item she had was Guardian Angel. I clicked report and no feedback was given, if anybody can just feed like this, what's the point of all the claimed "Punishments" for feeding?
first of all, the feedback pop-up is rare, and not guaranteed by design
second, feeding is not int'ing. being bad at the game will never be punishable

Trolls do get banned, but compared to chat related offenses:
- They are more difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt it was intentional.
- Not everything people think is trolling is actually trolling.
- The ones who do get punished for it often already know why they were punished and thus have no need to complain about it.
That said, trolls often troll in order to get a rise out of others-they want to bring you down with them. If you don't give them that satisfaction (and subsequently add another obnoxious jerk that your teammates have to deal with) then chances are they'll stop acting up, and if they don't (and even if they do) you can just report them for their behavior without giving them the satisfaction of a negative reaction (easier said than done I know but still though).

Just be careful what it is you are wishing for mr. "I feed and then rage quit in a ranked game"
Feeding in itself is not punishable. People can be bad at the game, people can have bad games.
Only time it's punishable is when the feeding is intentionally done with the purpose to lose the game.
Why you gotta misrepresent shit? Fucking dirty. You feed just as much as her in some games. She also sold her items at the very end to end up with only GA. What a misleading post. This is why you dont just take people's word for it online. They exaggerate and sometimes just downright lie about shit.
I see that a lot of people are saying that I'm misrepresenting things. Firstly, it was pretty obvious that this Riven was either trolling or a bot: She didn't just have a guardian angel. She bought and sold several times to purposefully reduce her gold. I'm confident that at the end of the game, she only had gold for one guardian angel. Secondly, I don't deny that I rage quit and play bad sometimes. I also purposefully troll sometimes because my teammates have done something mean. But, I have never, not once in my life, started the game trolling, and that's what this riven did. Not a teammate said a word at Riven until she was like 0-5, and I didn't say anything (seriously nothing at all) until this riven was buying and selling her items. What I was thinking in the first place was that she was having a bad game (and I do too I don't deny that) but it was when she started selling and buying that I knew she was trolling on purpose. Thirdly, some dude posted a game in which I rage quitted. Yes, cool. I should be punished for having that game. My teammates should receive a notification saying "It is at an end trolled, thanks for report, he's been punished". But no, I didn't receive such punishment either.
