Do you guys see this line while viewing skins?

So I was just boring and was looking through all my skins today and I saw this line right in the middle of the painting of the skin. (the 'poster' of the skin), this grey line that I thought was due to my computer, was actually not there anymore as I shut league down. I wish i could add a picture but this isn't allowing me to...you guys need to see the problem to figure it out.

So first you go in the game, go to Collection and click skin, click any skin to continue and you will see this straight grey line right across the skin's face (e.g. Pulsefire Caitlyn).
