Hi can anyone help me with this I looked in my email but theres nothing there I don't know what this means, but could it be an error?

It's a 2 week ban, try going to the support section of this website and logging in to see if anything was sent to you.
It's a bit surprising that the message doesn't include the reason for the ban. Usually if it is a chat ban they will give you the chat logs in that message. This leads me to suppose it may not be chat related, but I'm not aware of any other instance where they give out 2 weeks.
I guess you're not exactly asking "why did I get banned", but that's where my curious mind wants to go. Do you ping a lot?
If it was a mistaken punishment you should ask for compensation ;3 free RP! :)
