Hi can anyone help me with this I looked in my email but theres nothing there I don't know what this means, but could it be an error?

It's a 2 week ban, try going to the support section of this website and logging in to see if anything was sent to you.

It's possible it was done by mistake, it's happened before. And if that's the case I hope you get it fixed for you.

It's a bit surprising that the message doesn't include the reason for the ban. Usually if it is a chat ban they will give you the chat logs in that message. This leads me to suppose it may not be chat related, but I'm not aware of any other instance where they give out 2 weeks.

I guess you're not exactly asking "why did I get banned", but that's where my curious mind wants to go. Do you ping a lot?

I don't know what the pings have to do with it but no I don't And yes I'm super confused as well like I haven't done anything and I haven't even been playing the past few days, I've had football so I have no time or energy to play

Oh I'm sorry I should have clarified, the reason I was asking about the pings is that I'm trying to think of a reason for a 2 week ban that would not be chat related. I know for example that 3rd party softwares is a permaban with no preliminary punishment. So that can't be what happened to you, since you got 2 weeks. So I thought maybe ping spamming.

But since you don't think it's the case, I think your only option is to wait for the reply from the Support team. They're usually fairly quick. I'd be interested to know what they say if you're willing to share it. It could be useful to help other people if this is a new thing or a weird bug of some kind.

Also it doesnt even let me log on, when I put my password in it just gives me the error without even letting me onto the main page

Maybe the e-mail you registered is incorrect and or check your other e-mails if any?

If not Support Team shouldddd be replying soon at most 2 days.

No. I went to my settings from this page and the email on there is the one that is verified and is the one i checked, because it also has my rp receipts (just as added proof)
