Does Riot Support review the requests personaly, or do the bots do it?

I was getting numerous answers that are all almost the same if not actually THE same.

I got permabanned last year for using (quoting: "hacks, scripts, etc., used..."). I am aware only Of using a program that gives you skins, but only you could see them. I think it was called MKJOGO, but im not sure. I was also aware that quite a lot of people used that program. Still to this day i do not understand what i got banned for. Also when i ask for some kind of evidence to be shown, they just basicaly say : "We dont do that because some players would use those details to try and get around our detection methods for this sort of behavior so we simply don't share any other information". Wait what?? How is anybody supposed to get defended when you cant even know what is held against you??

Someone said: " I can assure you this was not the result of you just using MKLoL on the account." Seriously?? Im just supposed to trust you that something else was used?? What if i was not aware of it? " if an account is ever compromised, as the account creator you are ultimately responsible for all behavior on your account as well as maintaining its security and the security of its login information. While we can help players recover their accounts if they are compromised, we can't ignore any negative activity that occurred on their account while it was shared or compromised." So if somebody gets hacked, not only is he going to suffer the fact that his information got breached, but he also gets punished for it?

"Keep in mind that account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use." WHAT. Maybe you could tell me the location from where the account was used?? I do travel at several of my friends to play with them from there. Maybe theyve mistaken that for account sharing?

Anyway i was just pointing these out. In no way am i getting my account back, nuh-uh. I just got randomly hit by nostalgia, ive had so many things on that profile... EDIT: I was hit by a few chat restrictions, so I indeed was toxic at some times. Not banned for toxicity though.

Their detection methods are pretty accurate. For instance, if you traveled for a few seconds to a "friend's house" hundreds of miles away, they'd be able to tell that location and that it wasn't you. Nearby friends' houses would be ok, I think. I've traveled 3 hours away before and played on a friend's much nicer computer.

They have been known to overturn or reduce cases where an account was compromised.

The responses are fairly standardized in many cases, but if you send a support ticket a live individual is going to review the case. I'm willing to bet that each person investigates and responds to a dozen of them in an hour though, so I wouldn't expect much deviation from their standard responses unless they detect something that doesn't add up while they're reviewing the case.

Both. In the case of permabans, a human support agent always reviews the case.

MKJOGO has hidden features such as jg timers that give you an unfair gameplay advantage, so that software is not allowed. That applies even if you didn't actively use that feature.

Tier1 Riot support are humans, but they use pre-written answers. Which is why it appears to you that the response is "bot-like".
