Riot are you ever going to do something to Combat the "Chinese boosting" strat

What title states that shit, is so annoying because it plays out just like Twisted Treeline and there is very little you can do to combat it unless hard win every freaking lane and babysit top with three people..... It is actually quite unfair because most of the time too it is been done to MMR Boost it should get some hard indirect nerfs or punishable because most of the time it is just some one that bought a boost off a site...
