It's less likely that one game, and more the pattern of very high death Aurelion Sol games combined with the triple-tear game earlier today. I looked into your visible history and I can see some things that might have triggered the system, but not enough to say you were confidently intentionally feeding based on information I have accessible.

I'd submit a ticket to Player Support, who may have more information.

Submit a support ticket if you want them to look at it.

Threads like this are the reason most feeding goes unpunished - either they never punish anyone, or occasionally there'll be a false positive. If you weren't feeding they'll easily be able to tell from the replay and reverse the ban.
