I believe the ban is justified if the explanation behind the ban is accurate (that Nubrac was choosing this off-meta strat for the purpose of aggravating streamers).
Boy if only there were some system in place whereby the community could make judgements on situations like this. Some sort of... court of justice... or some kind of seat or bench for a judge or judges...

The nuances to the situation are many and if you don't think they both should've been banned, NB3 more severely (to the point of the perma-ban and all affiliations nullified) and then the 3rd party who was the bridge for this happening, then you clearly should stay out of the situation.
Riot did the best they could in this situation. NB3 has a lot of pull and drives a lot of people to the game as a big content creator. Riot had to choose between a guy raking in money or some random guy who was trolling but thought he was smart about it by trying to hide behind this "I'm off-meta" thing.
So Rito bans players in an strange way, lick streamer's ass, and then do not care about the whole thing after it.
Is there anything new in it? I mean MONEY is always more important than sticking to your rules ;)
