I was playing a game of League up against Rengar top as Irelia, and his sound effects were too loud, so they'd make me jump and freeze a bit since they surprised me. I couldn't turn down the entire game because I still want to hear pings, and I tried turning down the volume to some degree, but he was still too loud. Riot you should turn down Rengar's volume a bit for his enemies because he's too loud.

I mean, think about his character. Hes a "Lion" in retrospect. They are pretty loud. His kit requires surprise attacks. Have you tried muting sound effect? Voice?
Sure he can be loud, but it's only really a benefit when you're playing as him, so he can stay the same volume when you're playing as him, but against him it ends up being a bit of an issue, and though the sound does add to surprise, a player shouldn't require loud sound effects to surprise you. Even if muting sound effects/voice works it's not effective for people who don't know about those things, and it's very inconvenient.
