I was Permanently Banned?!?!

I was Permanently Banned from my main League of Legends account. I have had this account and played on this account for a long time. I got permanently banned for getting tilted and saying some stuff in chat??? That is just dumb yes i got mad, but a permanent ban?!?!? I have spent over $600 on this account, i have every champ but Pyke, i have no other account near level 15. This is one of my favorite games and i just want my account back. PLEASE. I have been playing this game since season 2, ive gave you guys so much of my money on skins, I just want my account back. I also think its not right to Permanently ban someone for swearing and being mean in chat. Thats just how this game goes sometimes, we get mad, we have out bad games, i mean what can i say this game tilts the shit out of me. I just want a chance to get my account back, or a reduced punishment, anything put Permanently.

Ok well like i said i stopped playing this game for almost a whole year and i just recently this month started playing again. I dont remember even getting a 14day ban honestly.

Time not played means nothing to the punishments system. You can only reform in its eyes if you play while behaving well for quite some time.

The amount of self entitlement in this post is ludicrous. I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but league of legends is a FREE TO PLAY game - paying money does not give you the right to flame ingame. You chose to give riot your money, and you chose to break the rules.

If this is your very first time getting punished, you could submit a ticket to riot support asking why it was an instant ban.

This has happened to many thousanda of players before you. Good luck on your new account.

Im not saying im paying and thinking im better guy... Ive had this game since season 2, ive been playing for a long time on this one account... I dont remember my 14day ban because i stopped playing for a while. and i had one lousy game.

You don't get perma banned from one game alone (at least not with the words you've displayed in this game), which means that you've probably said far worse in previous games.

I'm not sure how Riots refund system works but all purchases are either final or have a certain amount of time between purchases in which refunds are available.

No. As per the terms of use, purchases are tied to your account, and if you violate the rules enough to lose access to your account you lose any purchased content as well.

Given how your log begins, unlikely. It's EXTREMELY rare, but you could always try sending a ticket to Player Support. Don't get your hopes up though.

If you payed by credit card you can try to call your bank. Depends on how recently you have spend and what your bank account is your bank might arrange your money back.

It is actually illegal and Riot has every right to sue anyone who tries it because we don't own our account. Having the bank get the money back for you can result in a lawsuit for theft

No, i stopped playing for almost a year. i just started playing again this month and i played 1 game, it was super late, it was our last game, and we got a team of trolls. I got really heated, obviously i regret everything now, and i woulda handled it differently if i remembered about my 14day ban. 1 lousy game and i lost everything ive been working for on that account since season 2....

meh. start over or dont. the entire point of permanent bans is to punish players who think they can get away with whatever they want just because they've paid money or think they are more skilled at a free to play game. $650? laughable. people lose way more than that all the time.

and to be honest the boards is not to place to go for a pity party. most of us on here are tired of hearing the tiny violins played for people who cant control their actions. the community helpers will try to assist you as best as they can, but your best bet is to ask in support.

the only people who get their restrictions lifted are the people who legitimately didnt deserve the restriction in the first place. yours was deserved.

i've always been one to say that chat should just result in a chat ban. repeat offenders should have a permanent chat ban. but the counter argument to that is that people with permanent chat bans would be unable to communicate with a team, but isnt that what pings are for?

anyway my opinion is you deserved to be punish. a permanent ban is too much for using chat incorrectly. i dont feel sorry for you. if you cant learn to play without letting the game affect you then you should probably avoid spending money on it.

odd are you had a 14 day ban before you took your hiatus and the next step is perma-ban. you can try to submit a ticket but they rarely reverse.

doesn't matter how much money you spent, you break the rules you can lose your account. also i think the policy is you're not entitled to a refund because you dont own the account or the skins, you're "renting" them.

and even if you're mad that doesn't excuse language and behavior.
