do you think a lot of people would get out of bronze if they used flash aggressively?

I spectated a few bronze games and noticed an alarming amount of people using flash almost exclusively as a safeguard to get away and even then they usually die anyway. I also saw quite a few jungler ganks where engage supports like sona and blitz go for the skillshots while out of range resulting in a lot of failed ganks, i counted 15/18 unsuccessful ganks and the succesful ones only came from a warwick ulting.
