I think end of season rewards needs a new benchmark

I am currently silver 2, not very good at the game and dont deserve to climb higher yet. I find it insane how many players fashion themselves gatekeepers to gold. The gold players i am coming across do almost everything in their power to stop people (own team) from climbing and they are usually gold 5. I am getting players with multiple abandoned games on their match history and player punished feedback upon logging in 3-5 hrs later. This happens to both teams lol.

with the current state of dynamic queue BOOSTING/FEEDING and the already huge egos of low gold players. I strongly suggest riot implement some new way of receiving end of season rewards instead of the gold 5 req. perhaps even higher like plat 1.
