Question about warning

So I recently played a game and received a warning about "harassment" in my just completed game, even though I didn't really say anything the entire game (I think the only thing i said was, "I thought you still go runeglaive ezreal"). Same for most games, I rarely say anything. So I was just wondering how the warning system works.. does this mean I am susceptible to being banned or chat restricted? Am I on some sort of watch list for toxic players? Or was it just that I received a notification because someone happened to report me (for whatever reason).

Curious cause I don't wanna be suspended or be chat restricted.

It probably doesn't mean much. If your behaviour isn't generally toxic, the report won't end up meaning anything, because there won't be many others. 1 report won't result in anything. Even several won't, especially if they're confirmed largely false.

Keep on keepin' on.

The warning system is automated. If you get reported in a lot of games it will send out the message. It won't do anything unless you're actually being toxic, then it will be reviewed by an actual person I'm pretty sure. If you haven't done anything wrong you have nothing to worry about.
