ranked queue disable bug

Solo queue ranked was supposed to be going down at 1:30 PST today, and I got into queue shortly before this time. Was in champion select during the time queue's got disabled and it kicked me out of champion select; then I received that small popup saying it was because I failed to select a champ (though there was still 15sec left).

This resulted in 2 bugs: One because the system thinks I left queue I was unable to join matches for 5min. Two, because I was in my promos it resulted in it adding a loss to my promos.

Sidenote: I don't really care about getting that loss removed, just care about the bug being fixed.
