Ever since i got chat banned one time i know auto mute all chat and yesterday i was chat banned for not even saying anything? How does this even work. even before i wasnt even toxic. Now all i do is say gg at the end of a match and i can get reported for flaming like what? I dont even have any chat logs it just says im banned for 14 days for toxicity and then says there is no chat logs. Come on rito
Please keep in mind that the client is only able to show logs from completed games. You can still be reported and punished for behavior from dodged lobbies, and extreme behavior in DMs as well, to name a couple.
If you are reported for certain types of threatening behavior, or behavior involving private information of others (even if fake or joking) they will not give you the logs for such behavior.
you should open a ticket and ask support about it
Try relogging into the client, so that the reform card pops up. That should give you the chatlogs, if it's for chat behavior, or a game link if it's for trolling.
