i got banned for being toxic(but im not sure am i that toxic to be banned for)

i understand that the report system is for banning toxic players but i think im rather positive compared to average players. one of the comments i did say kys ezreal kys becouce he bought 2 tear of the goddess items and i wrote it as a half joke the thing is that i am friendly on most of my games i say gj to all of my team mates and try focusing on the positives i just wanted to make sure am i supposed to be banned i do understand if the answer is yeas but 14 days instead of a chat restriction is upsetting and my honor amount is rather big i keep getting keys from honors so?Game 1 Ha1kuu: IM BACK BABY(bad connection got fixed) Ha1kuu: sry i was afk(apologied for being afk) Ha1kuu: kys ezreal kys(ezreal had 2 tear of the goddess items and that couse me to get angry) Ha1kuu: wtf have they done to quin(quin 1vs3 our team with talon)

im not making it any better for me key point is i would like if i could get lover bans or a chat restriction so i can get back to playing.everything else that i say at this point is gonna make me sound worser and worser so im just going stop

He means he didn't mean it exactly as it sounds, you know how sometimes words become popular in culture and we use them in the wrong context?

It can be meant without the venom, as a way of calling someone an idiot (bad example), but I've seen people say worse things than that and as long as they don't use too many trigger words, it not a problem for them.
