i just wanted to make a post that ask what if i were to ask the player i said something mean and got their consent to get rid of the ban?

No, this is real life. You can't just hit the power button and pretend like it didn't happen.
Furthermore if I understand you correctly, the reason you want to apologize is to lift your ban, not to recognize your wrong so fuck that shit.
Other players can't remove bans. Only Riot can, and they don't remove bans unless they were applied in error. So, hate to break it to you, but the punishment is going to stick.
Besides, imagine for a minute if it did work like that. What's to stop people from making phoney, half-assed apologies to players they don't care about because they want to revert a punishment? That isn't to say your regret is insincere, mind - but there are a good number of people out there who would try to abuse such a thing.
No flame intended but this sounds like something a pre-teen would say after getting their favorite thing taken from them. The point is there are consequences for your actions and you need to think about that whenever you do anything. If you're sincere about being sorry this shouldnt be a situation you find yourself in again and you can move on from this. I've met a ton of people playing this game that have been banned and legit 70% of our conversations were them just complaining but they would never stop to think about the consequences of their own actions or how they could've made the situation better its almost always entirely someone elses fault. Good luck in the future and i hope this helps. life can be more harsh than a 14 day ban sometimes.

You wrote kys twice + you knew a thing wrong so you flamed him unrightfully. I think its deserved.
i know a real life friend who said kys once to my other friend and got banned. maybe just dont type kys. write something like "good player". anyway after your ban youre on the edge so i think if you call anyone idiot youre going to get permabanned. you need like 7-8 months with almost daily 4-5 games and some honor to get back to lvl 2 from locked honor 0.
man you are desperate and thirsty arent you. lol suck it up and take the punishment like we all do. learn from it and move on. whining about it just makes you look bad. (id know, ive been there)
